The staff has always been professional, yet friendly and attentive. The assistant, she is much more than a receptionist is helpful, informative and a great first impression. The doctors are always thorough and younget a full, comprehensive exam. Questions are answered and in all the years, regardless to the doctor we never felt rushed through. The newest doctor, Dr. Steven Kotsokalis was awesome. I love this group, and love Dr. LeBlanc.

The eye doctor and the secretary was very pleasant. However, not so much the lady dealing with the eyes glasses/contacts. I felt she was rude. She asked what type of insurance do you have. I told her. She said "We don't take your insurance!". I asked what type insurance do you take. She didn't answer. I'm thinking about going to a different eye doctor office because of that.
