I've been seeing this doctor for several years. Recently was in office to address and issue. Was told someone would follow up in 2 days in which case they didn't. I had to make 2 follow up calls and finally today I was told I had to be seen again and they didn't have anything for 2 weeks. How is that good patient care. They know I have very poor eyesight so to go 2 additional weeks with no resolve is TERRIBLE patient care. I use to love this place and I go to my annual appointments which I've had this year. So to be treated as tho I am not seen regularly and they know my vision issues tells me all I need to know. And the girl who answers the phone has terrible customer service! Time to find a new doctor. Preferably one who actually cares about their patients vision.

The absolute best eye in Charlotte. I moved to Charlotte in 2017 and they have been great.

I took my 2 children for eye exams recently and we couldn't have had a better experience! Dr. Joseph was so kind, thorough and thoughtful. So glad we ended up here!

Had to go to another eye dr to get my correct prescription after seeing Dr. Amanda Sie. She loves under correcting and charging for contact lens fittings every year without asking just so she can charge an extra fee. I was under corrected every year and consistently complained about not being able to see, and was told this is as good as it gets. Turns out, with the correct prescription things can actually look really clear and sharp. As a patient, I didn't feel like my concerns were addressed and there was an unnecessary cost added on top of the exam for no reason.

Yet another positive experience from the time you enter till you exit!!!! Dr Amanda Sie is one of the most thorough and patient doctors I have ever seen. She takes time to answer questions and explain things! Been a patient for (17) years. OUTSTANDING!!! I can't even imagine going anywhere else!

Dr Amanda Sie provides the best eye care that I've ever experienced! Years ago my insurance changed and I was forced to shop around. I've been to many other optometrists in the area. Recently my insurance changed and I went back to Dr. Sie. The difference is night and day. The past few years I've been going to Horizon. They're professional but they could never quite dial in my contacts. They were very good about the multiple return visits and tried hard. One trip to Dr Sie and she lined me up with what might be the best prescription I've ever had. The staff is friendly and helpful and Dr. Sie is amazing. I can't say enough good about this team. I'm so thankful to be back with them!

Dr Amanda Sie is awesome. She never rushes you, listens closely to what you tell her and explains things about your care in a manner that is understandable. I have been with this practice since the origin. I read other reviews about the front desk staff and must say that those reviews are not at all reflective of the encounters I have had. The lady named Stephanie is very knowledgeable, helpful and respectful. She has gone out of her way to help me, even after a coworker in that office spoke to me disrespectfully, causing me to loose my temper and be nasty. Give this practice a try - I don't think you will regret it.

Dr. Amanda Ham Sie is hands down the best eye doctor I have been to in Charlotte. My last eye doctor was not a good experience, and he insisted on giving me contacts that I told him were uncomfortable. I was referred to Dr. Sie by my employer and she fit me in the next morning. She gave me several options for contacts and my eyes haven't felt better in years. Their office looked brand new and was extremely clean. The staff at the front desk was also very kind.
