I received amazing customer service with Selena. She was amazing and needs to be recognized. I was looking for specific pair - polarized and UV protection shades, she found me beautiful pair that makes me more feminine. It turns out that the pair I really liked wasn't polarized but she was able to go above and beyond to order polarized pair. Very happy with her service

I've been a loyal customer for years and i've always had a great experience. I've bought Cartier, Gucci. Tom Ford, Dior and more. It's a huge selection on designer glasses. Being they don't take insurance they still gave me a discount to compensate. I have never had a problem with the owner he's very personal and helpful to me. I have bought glasses from other stores and has corrected any defects without a problem. i can see if he was agitated with another store that got the sale on a pair of glasses but couldn't service them and expect him to correct their glasses. i've gone to him over 10 years and I love it. Also he takes FSA.

I just picked up my new Cartier shades from Southpark Optical in Southpark Mall. They were so knowledgeable and friendly in helping me customize my lenses and picking out exactly what suited me. They treated me right and made me feel welcome. I will definitely buy my next pair from them. You should check them out too.They have everything and will take care of you.

Amy was the best customer service I ever had in my life , if I could go back and buy another pair of glasses I would specifically ask for Amy , and genuinely wait for her to come , I hope she enjoys the rest of her day

In all of my 53 years I have never been spoken to or treated as poorly as I was today in SouthPark Optical Center. Very rude. And by the look in the comments this happens a lot. Owner should be ashamed of himself. You should hire someone to talk to your customers and you should stay in the back and repair glasses. You are not a people person. Service was so bad this is my first ever review of a business. -5 stars.

I apparently made a mistake by recommending this place to a few clients to see if they had any spare parts, which optical centers typically do. After one particular client stopped by and asked if they could fix her nose piece, the owner of the business, Tom Renfrow, completely went off on her. He stormed out of his store and came to my location to speak to us in a raised and confrontational tone in front of other customers on the sales floor. The client later came back to our store flustered, saying she felt deeply disrespected by the experience. This location and Tom have been in the mall a very long time so I assume most of this behavior goes unchecked and most loyal clients may tolerate it. I still think it's important for others to know who they may be dealing with.

I have purchased several pairs of glasses from South Park Optical in the last few years, as has my husband and we could not be more pleased with the product and the customer service. The difference between the lenses I had before using South Park Optical and my current ones is life changing. My glasses are so clear and the transition is always spot on! My husband and I have both taken advantage of the lens replacement option and we have never been given an attitude about it from the staff. The frame options are some of the best in the city as well. I have worked with the owner and several other employees over the years and they have all been helpful, knowledgable and kind. I would highly recommend and as a matter of fact I wouldn't go anywhere else!

Have gotten my glasses from this location for years. So professional. Such great inventory. Everyone very happy to fit and get you glasses that express your style. They guarantee lenses for 2 years and adjust as you need. Very pleased - as always.
