Spectrum Eye Care- Colony

This was the best eye exam and eye doctor visit I've ever had. The entire staff was friendly, helpful, and welcoming. Dr. Schuver addressed all of my questions and concerns, was extremely thorough, and even double-checked certain things, which made me feel very confident in her care. She explained everything clearly and in a way that actually made sense, and it's obvious she's highly knowledgeable and talented. I've seen other doctors in the past who weren't able to fully explain my vision concerns, but this visit finally gave me clarity and reassurance. I also appreciated the glasses discount, and the staff member who helped me choose frames gave honest opinions and great tips for testing them. I left feeling informed, reassured, and confident in both my eye health and my new glasses.Thank you Dr. Schuver and the Spectrum team on colony road!

Beyond fantastic experience! I typically dread any type of doctor appt but the minute I walked through the door, I was greeted by a very friendly gentleman who checked me in right away. The nice lady who handled the first part of the exam, was thorough, but efficient and didn't waste my time. She was extremely friendly and helpful and took her time listening to me. Dr. Wichnoski was also kind, super friendly and patiently listened to my concerns. He walked through all of my options and it was absolutely the best eye exam experience I have ever had. I highly recommend this practice!

Past visits have always been great. Everyone has always been nice, friendly, and welcoming. I've gotten glasses from this location and the Uptown location. I'm very big on great customer service, but today I was literally yelled at the whole time as if we were in different rooms. Also, it shouldn't be assumed that "particular" customers will pay a certain way or can only afford a cheaper brand of glasses. I went in already knowing what I wanted (price included) and didn't care for the responses I got when I asked questions about them. At least the lady at the front desk was nice and used her INSIDE VOICE. Still a great place, I just won't be going back to this location.

A great experience! I had been to previous clinics that were larger and it felt like they didn't care. At spectrum, it was an immediate change right from when I walked in. From the receptionist, to the tech, to the doctor, everyone was kind and caring. 10/10 recommend.

I've been a long-time customer and this was honestly one of the most frustrating experiences I've had with this location. I called ahead to ask if I could stop by today to look at designer sunglasses before 5pm. I made it very clear I was 30 minutes away and already on my way, and the person on the phone said that was fine. I arrived at 4:53pm, and suddenly I was told I couldn't come in because they "close at 4:30." That is NOT what I was told on the phone and I called and spoke with two ladies. Why say yes and send someone driving across town just to turn them away at the door? That's not a small inconvenience - that's careless and disrespectful of a patient's time. To make it worse, the South End location is the one that directed me there. I trusted that information because I've been a customer for years. This feels like poor communication and even worse management. Really disappointing experience. Loyal patients shouldn't be treated like this.

I have been going here for 6 years and Spectrum really has taken care of me and my son. We moved away but still travel the 30-40 minutes. The staff have always been super helpful and knowledgeable and make the process easy. I appreciate them.

Extremely helpful staff. The front desk ladies are so kind, professionals and always willing to go the extra mile for the clients. I always have with them a flawless service. Sollei Castro gave me today Nov 11th/2025 the best possible service and help as anyone can give and as no difference of any other employee there, she went that extra mile for me with such a good business manners. Thank you Sollei and thank you everyone else at the Spectrum office.
