I had my first eye exam today and had the most wonderful experience! From the front desk, technicians, the optometrist, and Dr. Kellianne Lambert, everyone was so incredibly helpful, informative, and kind. They answered any questions I had with certainty and ensured I understood every single aspect of their answer. Parking was a bit confusing at first, but the receptionist was able to help direct me to the office over the phone with ease. Parking is also validated, which is very nice! Thank you so so much for an amazing experience! I'll absolutely be returning to this office for all of my eye care concerns. (:

I had a wonderful experience coming Spectrum Eye care Uptown! Easy to find and a cute atmosphere. Thank you to everyone here for making me feel welcome with my 3 month old. Amy, Saray, Anna, and Jennifer were the most helpful techs I've ever come across and made me (+ little baby) feel comfortable throughout the whole process. Dr. Osborne is the best optometrist in Charlotte! She is very kind, attentive, and knowledgeable.

The friendly, upbeat staff were very attentive and even called the manufacturer of some frames to check for a preferred color.
