It was a bit strange not to meet with the doctor in person, but the very easy walk in availability was a huge help when I needed glasses in a pinch. Octavia was very thorough and knowledgeable in walking me through the tests and steps needed to get my updated prescription. Everyone was super helpful and friendly. Preinsurance/coupon prices seemed high, but my out of pocket price was brought to well within what I've paid elsewhere for glasses with my yearly exam and included longer damage coverage. I appreciate the easy color code frame pricing

I just want to give a shout out to Breanna and Octavia not only do they go above and Beyond for their patients they also know you by name. My only down fall is was when Breanna and Octavia is not there no one knows what is going on. There are other people in the office and it's like I'm a new patient every time I came in about my glasses.when they are not in. I kept being told I will leave a message for Breanna but she never gets the message which required me to make several visits to the site. Now Ms Octavia she has such a beautiful spirit she not only makes you feel VIP she greats you with a smile and takes the time to ask you how are you today. And she knows how to do glasses. Keep these ladies and your site will get all of my family business. And do very well . I keep tell people to ask for them when they go. Knowing some by name and face goes a long way especially when you a returning customer. Breanna again I am so sorry of the passing of your Mother you will continue to be in my prayers. Ms Singleton

Today was my first time getting glasses and all of the staff was great and helpful. Very nice and very welcoming. We laugh and had fun as i waited on my glasses even the customer, that was in there with me. Even had a good laugh in a professional kind of way. I would always recommend them. I want to thank you lady's again.

This has been the worst experience I have ever had with an optical office. When I initially brought my son in for his eye exam, both the GM and the technician informed me that, with our insurance, my cost would be $25 for the exam. However, after the exam was completed, I was told the cost would actually be $79, and that amount would be credited to his account. This was never disclosed prior to the exam. I believe this was deceptive, as accurate pricing information should have been provided before services were rendered. When we returned to order glasses, I was told that our insurance would provide a discount toward the glasses. Later, when I visited another optical office, I was informed that the same insurance plan actually covers free glasses. This inconsistency raises serious concerns about transparency. Additionally, while reviewing my son's prescription, the GM, Breanna, made a comment that he was "blind" and laughed. I found this extremely offensive and inappropriate, especially since my son is neurodivergent. After completing my purchase, I returned to express how hurtful that comment was and explained that she should be mindful of her words. She responded with "okay" but did not apologize. The final issue occurred when I picked up my son's glasses. I was asked to sign for pickup before any information had been entered on the form. I had to request that the form be properly completed before signing it. Asking a customer to sign a blank document is unethical and unacceptable. I would expect a General Manager to understand proper documentation procedures. Overall, this experience reflected a lack of professionalism, transparency, and sensitivity.

I seriously cannot recommend this place enough. Breanna and Milton helped me today and both of their customer service skills are out of this world. They are helpful and not pushy in any way. I will continue to go here and recommend to everyone!

I came to get my military regulation glasses today and Crystal at Stanton Optical in Steele Creek has been just a ray of sunshine. She's very personable and professional. I saw her work every machine in here by herself. I stayed the entire process from my exam to watching her create my glasses. I could've left but she made the experience very welcoming. I've been coming to Stanton for 7 years and this has been the best experience thus far.

I had an appointment to get glasses today! My experience was 10/10. From the moment I walked in the door the staff was extremely helpful and professional! I went in at 11 and my glasses were ready at 1:30 Thank you so much!!! _~ Kingston

Amazing team yesterday! They were all so inviting and personable! I absolutely love the ladies and the manager there definitely knows her stuff and kept things flowing with everyone they had in the store. Great team work ladies we will be back to see you!
