Stanton Optical

So i do not buy glasses here, but i did visit this location...and they are 100% a five star place... I bought glasses elsewhere and they didn't have the color of frame I wanted... Well, I went online and I ordered the Exact same frame in the color that I liked The problem being how do I take my prescription lens and put them in the New frame... Enter the lovely person that I met today Gigi.... I walked in and she was helping somebody else. Speaks fluent Spanish by the way in case anybody needs that... Once she was done, I approached her and I asked her if it was possible for me to get my frames switched out... Thinking she would have to ask somebody or take my glasses for a couple of hours she said no problem. And as we chatted about life in general, she popped the lenses out and... I said thank you so much asked her what I owed and she said nothing. It's nothing to do this... It's not nothing to me, but I really appreciate how kind she was. If you're looking for glasses that are affordable and you're looking for people who really seem to care go here. If you need an adjustment on your glasses go here they will take care of you..

Second time I've had an appointment scheduled and then it got canceled by the office. 1 time last year and then today! Neither of the appointment times were picked by me. The times were offered to me by them specifically. Today I would have received 50% off. Now I have to pay full price because of them. They tried to honor the 50% for tomorrow but I will still be at work.

I've avoided getting glasses for a lot of reasons, but I finally dragged myself into Stanton Optical--and I'm so glad I did. This experience was the complete opposite of the usual stressful glasses-shopping process. There were tons of options, everything was organized, and the whole "try them on / set them aside to be cleaned" flow was easy and honestly gave a clean, healthy vibe. Tara was fabulous in every way--knowledgeable, helpful, genuinely complimentary, fun, and still totally professional. My boyfriend came with me and we both agree: Tara saved our relationship (and probably the lives of many people) now that I have the right pair of glasses and can actually drive at night. Highly recommend Stanton Optical--and ask for Tara!

I ordered glasses/contacts multiple times and always had exceptional service . They show patience and explain various options to help customers make the best selection possible. Even when busy each customer is cheerfully greeted and acknowledged upon entering this location. I love that they support local schools by offering needed eye exams to students and collecting supplies.

Great staff, I lost a nosepeace they replaced it with no appointment and replaced both sides for free. I forgot the new associate but, we had a good conversation about jewelry. Love this place.

I came in for an eye exam and glasses, and I had the absolute pleasure of working with Janee through that whole process. She not only was patient in my selection process but she superseded any expectation I had going in. I have had not so great experiences in the past with other offices but Janee created an experience I will never forget. I definitely will be back

I had a bad experience my first visit, but the staff reached out to me and made things right. Thanks especially to Janae and Gigi for making me feel welcomed and special. If it's busy you may want to come back another day or just be prepared to wait. The wait is worth it though.
