I don't recommend coming to this specific location. The online service part was nice. The younger associates at the store are nice but the older ones are very rude. Encountered two older associates two separate times and they were both cold and talked about other patients which is against HIPPA. The older lady was very rude towards her patient and older daughter and made sure other customers could hear her. I don't feel comfortable coming back to this location as a customer at all. Very hostile and cold environment. I could tell the younger employees were uncomfortable by the higher ups as well. Posting anonymously so I don't get harassed by this specific store.

The location was very clean for starters. I was pretty nervous but Aaliyah was calm and patient. She answered my many questions and put me at ease. They have good equipment and a big selection of glasses, as well as great pricing since I don't have vision insurance. I had a good experience and would recommend going here.

10 out of 10, absolutely recommend! The tech was super sweet and patient. Very informative. I went on feeling nervous as I've always worn glasses but never really worn them because the lenses were never correct. Anyhow, my experience was great. Facility was clean, the two ladies I dealt with were very knowledgeable and caring. I believe one of their names was Sam, she helped me out a lot in understanding my lenses and picking out the perfect glasses for me. It has been a journey but I think I have found my new home for my eye needs. Taking the entire family here when it's time. I appreciate you guys there.

Great location and would highly recommend. The staff were great including Ashley who was knowledgeable and truly knows her stuff when it comes to glasses or contacts. She did not make me feel rushed and gave me recommendations / options to choose from based on what I wanted. I came in for an exam and prescription and walked out with an amazing price for color contact lenses using my prescription from the exam. Great experience all around!
