Taressa Haney, MD - Charlotte Eye Ear Nose & Throat Associates, P.A. (CEENTA)

My child saw Taressa Haney, MD and she was one of the worst providers we've ever seen. She was extremely rude and abrasive. She made my daughter uncomfortable and felt as if she was a "waste of time" after her interaction with Dr. Haney. The doctor was curt and was more concerned about my daughter being 16 rather than 14 or younger. I explained to her that this appointment was scheduled with a CEENTA scheduler when I called over a year ago. This did not pause her abrasiveness and she continued to spend the remainder of the short appointment, as walking towards the door, further eluding to my child needing to see another doctor. I had to pause her tirade to ask an eye health related question to which she reluctantly answered. Extremely disappointed in this clinician and her demeanor. I understand there may have been frustration on her part as to any potential scheduling error with my child however, she did not have to act in such an unprofessional way and make the visit uncomfortable for both the patient and myself.

We love Dr. Haney! She has taken such good care of our son and we couldn't be more thankful for her and her team!

Dr Hanney is fantastic she always takes such good care of my daughter and takes the time to talk to me so I understand the plan and why we are doing it

We had a wonderful experience from the initial making of the appointment to the checking process. Everyone we came in contact with were friendly and very helpful. Everything was explained in great detail to us. The staff's interaction with our daughter was phenomenal! So glad Dr. Haney's staff was able to fit our daughter on the schedule before the start of the school year.

Dr. Haney has always been very professional and thorough. Now she's added an assistant to help her in her practice. Together they are a good team

LOVE zdr Haney, Michelle and Sarah. their professionalism and knowledge is only surpassed by their lovely personalities and warm atmosphere in the entire office. If only every medical professional could be like them!

Dr. Haney is a wonderful/great doctor and we are always pleased with her and we are going to miss coming to her now that when my son comes back for his yearly visit he will be on the adult side with another wonderful doctor as well (Dr. Lee). But we will stop by to say hello every chance we get. And her staff is wonderful as well.

Dr. Haney, and her assistant Judi, our wonderful work with. Both are very professional and make you feel comfortable The moment you walk in the room. Both are great communicators and Chiu kindly, providing adequate time for questions. I highly recommend them.
