Target Optical

Maria at Target Optical in RiverGate is absolutely amazing! She is professional, knowledgeable, and incredibly helpful--she made the whole process so easy and stress-free. Maria took the time to answer all my questions and offered guidance that truly showed her expertise. Her dedication and care for her clients go above and beyond, and it's clear she is a huge asset to the team. Anyone who works with her leaves feeling confident and well taken care of. Management, if you're reading this--Maria deserves a raise! She is that good.

A tiny screw fell out of my Oakley sunglasses, causing one of the lenses to fall out. I walked into Target Optical without an appointment, and the staff could not have been more accommodating about helping me out. Victor fixed up my glasses within a few minutes, at no charge, and also cleaned the lenses and tightened up the end pieces so they no longer slip. Simply excellent customer service.

I had such a great experience at my recent eye glasses appointment! From start to finish, everything went smoothly, and I really appreciated how attentive and professional everyone was. A special shoutout to Mel, who went above and beyond helping me pick out the perfect pair of glasses. She was patient, honest, and had a great eye for what fit my style and face shape. My husband and I began our optical journey with Target several years ago. Dr. Smith is a great optometrist. She patiently answers all of our questions and concerns. After the eye exam, please search out Mel to assist you after you have selected your frames. She has a warm and receptive personality. She will provide your eye measurements (with your new frames) and will do that with expertise. For example, my husband sits in his car and holds his head a certain way when driving. The eye measurements must reflect that in order for him to see clearly. She observed that and measured appropriately. She listened to his concern; that mattered! Thank you Mel!

Dr. Janne Smith is friendly, courteous, knowledgeable, and professional. Target Optical already ordered my contact lenses and filed my insurance. Very convenient. Would I recommend Target Optical? Absolutely!

Next visit ... May 2025. I came here again! The service and selection is unbeatable. I had a wonderful experience at Target Optical. The staff was incredibly helpful and took the time to guide me in finding the perfect pair of glasses that I truly loved. Ginger, LDO was assisting me and she took her time and did it right. What an excellent employee and person. Mel, the manager, was helpful as well. She's so smart and guided Ginger when she needed help. Great synergy! ---------------------------------------------------------------- Spring 2024 Wow, I was in good hands here at Target Optical. Essilor Luxottica makes the lenses and they are the world's largest eyewear company. I am in Target so much that I can't believe I over looked their optical. Shame on me. I'm tired of going to other optical stores that seem to sell me the same lower end quality lenses. By this I mean that I clean my glasses and in 5 minutes they are marked and need to be cleaned again. Frustrating!!! I like to see clearly!! So off to Target Optical I go (straight from Stanton). Once I walked in, I had a 3 minute conversation with an employee who asked me what I was looking for as she sized up my face shape and handed me a pair to try. She was on the money, the glasses she handed me were PERFECT. I bought them and was done with the whole process in less than 10 minutes. Now I wait for my new glasses to come in. WOW. LOVE Target Optical!

Ms. Mel is always wonderful with my little. From remembering her name as we're walking in to asking about her stuffies, she truly makes my daughter feel seen and special. We've been there so many times to choose frames and get the glasses adjusted and every single time I marvel at the experience we have with Ms. Mel. She's a consummate professional and strives to give her best to everyone. We're lucky to have her.

Mel and Victor are absolutely amazing! If you need glasses, they will set you up. They are extremely attentive to your needs and offer a variety of options that are customized to your individual requirements. They were extremely thorough and went above and beyond on our visit.
