Target Optical

By Teresa W. If I could rank a negative versus a one then I would do it. I went to this location being I was recommended by my eye doctor but the experience I had the first weeks of service was horrible. I went there and Kaitlyn took my order. I decided to shop around to see if I could get a better deal. I decided to stick with Target optical and I called to speak with Katlyn but her coworker AR picked up because she was not there. I asked him to leave a message for Kaitlyn to call me back but he said she normally does not call back and he doubts that she will. I insisted that he give her the message anyway and he said he would. I waited two weeks for her to call me and left a few more messages. After I didn't hear back I decided to go back to the store and Kaitlyn was not there. I spoke with Tara. She had her coworker Rene give Kaitlyn and call while I was there. Kaitlyn said she was going in a meeting in five minutes. It was 11:36am. Kaitlyn told me she will call me back tomorrow. 'I was wondering why not call me back that day being it was still early and being I left her several messages.' Tara and Rene apologized to me and Rene took my order and said she will give to Kaitlyn. Kaitlyn never called me back the next day. I waited a full week and decided to go back to Target Optical and she was not there. I asked for a GMs email so I can send a formal complaint. Overall Kaitlyn was horrible. She ignored all of my messages and not once did she contact me to apologize. Her actions made me realize she does not care about my business. If her coworker mentioned she does not call back customers then I know I am not the only one that has had a negative experience with her. Teresa W.

I accidentally stepped on an old pair of rx sunglasses and bent one of the arms. I asked if it could be repaired- and bless the young lady for working on them for probably 20 minutes to make them perfect! I wish I'd caught her name. I truly appreciate the time and attention to help me! Great customer service!!

Fantastic customer service by Renee and a great selection of frames to choose from, I highly recommend! Renee made the process smooth, helped me decide on my frames, and educated me on lens options, so glad I stopped in! I will only buy my glasses at this location from now on.

I purchased 3 pairs of glasses. Tara was absolutely amazing. She was kind, patient and very attentive to my needs and concerns. The glasses themselves were fashionable and affordable.

If you are in need of new eyeglasses or need advice for eye care, Tara and Renee are your go to specialists. I had an issue with the frame of my eyeglass, and they swapped out a brand new one for me within 10 minutes! No need to wait! Excellent customer care, service and professionalism!!!
