I have had dry eyes for years. I used very expensive prescription drops for a while but couldn't afford to keep doing that. I used over the counter drops multiple times a day but my eyes were still very red and dry. After my third laser IPL treatment with Kellie, the burning was gone, I even had sleep in my eyes when I woke up (which I hadn't had in years). The IPL treatment was expensive but it was the same cost as two months of those prescription drops. However, the IPL worked and i don't have to continue to pay that expense. Kellie was very knowledgeable and each session she informed me what the laser would be doing and what to expect . It did not hurt and some of the treatments felt like I was as a spa. Well worth the money. I highly recommend the IPL for dry eye treatment.

Kellie was absolutely fantastic!! She patiently explained every step of what she was doing and was so knowledgeable. She was also a lot of fun to talk with during the process! I loved "hanging out" with my fellow Michigander! Kellie is now my new friend!! Thank you for bringing tears back to my eyes!

I am so thankful that the nurse, Kellie F, finally worked miracles to get the eye medication that I tried for months to get unsuccessfully....in 3 days! Her immediate communication with me and amazing customer service was much appreciated ! It seems to be rare these days, but Kellie was on it! Thank you!

Left my mom hanging in couldn't get her insurance to approve her other bottle of eye drops she needs. So then she called back about the eye drops and some lemon zest procedure no return phone call. Once you accept a patient, and you can't return their phone call and neglect to take care of their needs that they've addressed. That's the doctor's obligation that they took as an oath. It doesn't matter if you fired people and implemented AI into your software it's causing your customer service level to be a negative 25. No customer service is what you get. It's a bad software program that you've implemented into your call system. Because of her insurance, she can't even go get a second opinion. It's so bad that I have to go with her while driving because she can't see right and that's why she went to them in the first place they're lucky they don't end up with the lawsuit so far. #HandsUpGabriella.

The providers were extremely thorough and made me feel comfortable during my appointment. I received excellent patient care from Maria and she was extremely helpful in all aspects and helping me with what I needed.

Friendly and quick service all around. Maria was able to show me a breakdown of what I can expect to pay for the different products. Definitely would recommend!
