I saw Dr. Robertson earlier this year as a new patient and from the second I walked in the door, I was welcomed and treated phenomenally. Dr. Robertson took her time talking me through all of the tests she was going to be running, sent me to further testing to ensure all boxes were checked and very thoroughly explained all of the results as well as going as far as to set up plans for future visits and exams. I was so impressed that I actually ordered a brand new set of frames and lenses on the spot after Dr. Robertson walked me around the entire room sharing information and recommendations on each and every vendor available. From that point on, I was in constant communication with not only the lab, but Dr. Robertson herself about where my glasses were and exactly when to expect them. Everybody I encountered during the fitting and pick up process was just as kind and helpful. I'd be more than happy to recommend Dr. Robertson and her staff to anybody.

I had an appointment at the Charlotte, NC office of Low Vision Center of North Carolina at 2424D, W. Mallard Creek Church Rd on June 16th 2025. I saw Alexandra Robertson, OD for a Low Vision problem. She did confirm the diagnosis and even had me try on a Bioptic telescopic lens right in the office that looked good. She however suggested trying a special kind of contact lens that would be less expensive than the Bioptic telescope. She then referred me to their other Charlotte office. She told me that the Bioptic lens cost $3900. I have not been able to buy this device because I have not been working for over a year now. I have not been driving because I cannot renew my license because of poor vision. I have called the office over six times to send me my prescription so I can shop around. Dr. Robertson has not found any sympathy for a fellow human going through vision problem. I am a Pharmacist and I told her. She has not found it necessary to even call me after six messages. I will never treat my customers or patients this way. I am hoping that she would someday realize that this is not the way to treat a fellow Healthcare colleague. I need my prescription. My insurance has been billed for the service. I am not sure why she is withholding my prescription.
