Great experience! I initially had to reschedule my exam due to an employee call off, but the associate was super apologetic and quickly scheduled another for me. I went in for that exam and it went fast and everyone was very friendly. The associate that helped with the purchase of my frames was also great. My frames arrived a couple weeks later and they were bent so I took them back the following day. The same associate immediately offered a solution and I was in and out in less than 5 minutes. I will absolutely return and recommend this location to friends.

Staff is rude for starters. Now understanding why you would cancel anyone's appointment without speaking to them. I elected to not receive text messages to confirm my appointment confirm my appointment via email- so why would it get canceled? The receptionist was very rude? How does she even have a job?! And it's evident from these reviews that she consistently has an attitude when questioned about doing her job! Very unprofessional. Not a place that I care to use my benefits or my hard earned money. I will be contacting the corporate office with my complaint. Edit- after calling customer service I was told that my future appointments were canceled after they were confirmed in the office. How is this company providing good customer service? Very distasteful. Don't waste your time going here!

I'm extremely disappointed with the way this office handled my appointment. I scheduled an eye exam and confirmed the appointment and even with that, the office cancelled my appointment without notifying me. Claiming we didn't confirm and even after showing proof the older lady kept insisting she was right and spoke to us with attitude instead of trying to help fix the situation. Another younger lady attempted to help but the older one was bent on making the experience awful. There was no accountability, and no effort to make it right. This was unprofessional and a complete waste of our time. Wouldn't recommend this office to anyone.

Saw the bad reviews, but since I'm new here I figured I'd still give it a try.... Booked an appointment and filled out all the paperwork they sent over beforehand... even took time off from work. Just to get there and be told they have my appointment away and they could no longer see me that day, because I didn't answer their phone call an hour before my appointment. Don't go here, the Huntersville location is much better.

The ladies here are absolutely AMAZING! I decided to make an appointment here after going to a different location and I am so glad I did these ladies. Here are absolutely wonderful patient kind attentive. Also the optometrist here is absolutely amazing. Was able to explain everything very kind not rushing. This location helps me to know that customer service is still alive and well!

This review is regarding an interaction 7/17 around 4:45pm ET. I scheduled an appt for the 18th. Received an email confirmation at the time the appt. was made. Just recieved a voicemail on the 17th less than 24 hrs before the appt advising that the appt. has been cancelled due to failure to confirm. I immediately called and the receptionist who answered was very offputting and acted like it was a bother to answer the phone. She proceeded to say the system moved the appt. because I did not respond to a text from the 15th or the call and I needed to "pick another time". I advised her I did not receive any text and the call I received a few minutes prior was the only contact I receieved and it's not as simple as just pick another time. She was VERY RUDE "Well the system moved it because you didn't respond. There is a 2pm if you want it." I told her she could cancel the appt. entirely as it was very unprofessional for a "system" to move an appointment without any prior notification, and I thanked her for her time. Her rude self "Well Ok." I don't know how places like this stay in business. Get better people who know how to speak to customers.

Very good experience upon entering the facility. The staff were extremely helpful and knowledgeable. The doctor was also steady and knowledgeable. Also a very lovely young lady by the name of Tanisha was very helpful and also very professional. She helped me choose frames that worked best for my look and what she recommended was absolutely on point! I appreciate her. Thank you.

I had an amazing experience at this Visionworks! I thought the front desk staff were super nice and outgoing. They were understanding and kind as well. I also loved the optometrist at this location! It is very clear that he knows his craft and he made sure to inform me on what he saw in my eyes and what I can do about it. I was able to get two pairs of glasses at an affordable price. Overall, it was a good experience for me at this location!
