I had a very disappointing experience at Vision, and it's no surprise they're losing customers, especially after closing the JW Clay Blvd location.
On February 13th, I arrived at 3:50 PM. The employee on the left, who was already at the desk, ignored me completely. I then approached the woman on the right with short hair, but she refused to let me have my eye exam. She told me I would need to come as a walk-in and wait a day, even though there was only one other person waiting at the time. When I asked if I could return another day, she said the wait would be long and that I would be wasting my time. I then requested an appointment, and the earliest one available was February 26th, I have to wait 13 days just to get an eye exam!
I left feeling like my time, money, and need for care were not valued. I'm sorry, Dr. Lisa Dubley but I will be using my insurance elsewhere at a place that treats patients with respect and professionalism.

closed all week for training. came on saturday around 1:15 - 1:30 had a sign on the door saying they were going to lunch until 3pm. after arriving maybe 3:05 there were numerous people needing pick ups and assistance with purchasing and there was only one person there after a week hiatus. i only needed a pick up and there were 5 people ahead of me and the representative said it was 20 minutes per person. you know what would help? the person that needed the weeks worth of non customer facing training and maybe a manager.

In and out with exceptional service, welcome me in asked for what im looking for did the quick work of the insurance explained some options allowed me to observe and pick the perfect pair of glasses and went over step by step of measurements and options. I was very disappointed in the service I received. I had to replace my glasses and I never got any phone call, to tell me that it wasn't going be ready by date. So I had to call to find out. Then when I went to pick up. No greeting when I came. The rep was busy talking. I will not use this location again.

Although my trip to this particular Visionworks wasn't completely unpleasant, I would not return. Came in for a scheduled visit on late Saturday morning and majority of my visit felt rushed (except for the ladies who did all my test before seeing the optometrist). You can tell they, including the optometrist, were ready to go home. Went to the other side to attempt to order contacts and glasses but the gentleman, was not able to get his name) was ready for his lunch, which I get, but you could feel his attitude and unwillingness to communicate with the guests there. I would simply choose another location and hope their staff is better than this store.
