Went to Visionworks in Steele Creek on a recommendation. They exceeded my expectations. I was greeted kindly by the entire team. They all played a part in me picking out eyeglasses that fit comfortably and my testing. It was a great experience and I will return. I want to thank Alexandria, Christiana, Tiffany, and Dr. Palmer. They all were great and I highly recommend them to anyone looking to get an eye exam and eyewear.

I was told my glasses would be ready in a week. I gave it 10 business days before calling.
I called to follow-up on my eyeglasses to see if they were ready. The recording said they shipped and I will be notified in three to 5 days.
By the third week I called back to speak with a human. I was told they've been in for a week.
The clerk told me they are having issues with the recording and it was not functioning properly.
I asked why no one called me and she gave me the same response.
My suggestion is to train your staff to follow up personally when you're aware your systems are not working properly.
They staff looked in the Gen Z age range and apparently they need to be trained on what to do when there's a hiccup with the system.

I Went to Visionworks today at Steel Creek for the first time to get an eye exam, contacts and new glasses. I was very impressed with this store. The girls at the front desk were super helpful, (nice to see smiley faces when you walk into an establishment). I did not have to wait around long before I was seen by the doctor who was super nice, did not rush and showed genuine interest with my questions and concerns. I left feeling totally confident with the service I received. I would highly recommend this store to anyone looking to find a new provider.

Dr Tanapol Sirihavee gave me the most thorough exam I have ever had. He did not rush the exam like a herd of cattle.
After the exam, instead of me looking through 100's of eyeglasses, I sat down and asked Alexandria to look at my face and use her expertise to find me glasses. She chose 6 pairs, and I loved and purchased 2 of them! She was

From GA and in town for weekend...nose pad fell out of glasses while grocery shop went to see if they sold eyewear repair kits. Martha and Tiffany were great and offered to replace both the missing one and the existing one for free. I tried to give them $10 (the only cash I had) and they wouldnt take it. Great service even for non-customers. If, I lived in area, I would definitely be back.
