The doctor is truly excellent in her field. The older, dark-skinned sales consultant took her time to advise me on everyday progressive lenses and safety glasses. She gave me a good offer. The next day (June 12, 2025), I went to the store with my wife and discovered that the frames they had prepared for me were incorrectly entered into the system. When I asked to see the two models that were supposed to be in my order, they showed me completely different models than the ones I wanted. They offered the typical unprofessional excuse, "I'm so sorry." It's completely unprofessional for the staff (a young woman with short hair) to behave so indifferently when I show her the order numbers for my two orders, and she doesn't even look at them and simply ignores me. As much as I feel sorry for others, I wouldn't recommend anyone order their glasses here. Unless, of course, they don't care about paying for unprofessional service and receiving the wrong glasses.

I'm not even a patient there
i walked in to ask if they take my insurance
and even at moment i walked in the lady who asked me if i needed help her tone was unprofessional and rude
i mentioned what insurance i had and she said you need to call and ask what is under
so i called my insurance company they told me they i was covered at the visionworks at the location i was
i went back inside to provide them all the information and they said they have never heard of my insurance
they didn't even took a chance of letting me speak
both the receptionist and the other lady were so rude and unprofessional
specially the tech or doctor i don't even know who she was
she raised her voice
her tone was so unprofessional
even if my insurance does cover this place
i will not go back.
If i could give them a 0 I would.

The location in Blakeney is very clean and organized the management there is outstanding they have selected a group of technicians who are really good at what they do finally I had the best doctor visit I have had with my contacts Dr Burwell is outstanding for the first time in 30 plus years wearing contacts I do not have to have readers just outstanding they're very good with seniors understand what we need and I would highly recommend anybody to give him a chance

I was provided an appt within 2 days and seen immediately on arrival. A thorough examination was accomplished, the doctor is exceptional and current on medication implications for vision. I found a perfect pair of glasses from a wide range of choices. My Vision care plan was well understood by staff and utilized fully.

Worst experience . Please do not go to this location . Caucasian lady with piercings all over face was no help for me finding my glasses. She is not a personable person and should be fired. I ended up getting my glasses somewhere else . I was trying to find glasses where I did not have to pay to much out of pocket as my insurance already covers a good portion . She was not interested in helping me . Seemed like she was trying to make a sale more than understanding .

I would like to give a shout out to one of your employees. Olivia gave OUTSTANDING customer service when I called and asked her to clarify my eye vision insurance with Visionworks. She was friendly and returned mu call very promptly. She told me she would return my call by the end of the day (6:30 pm when they close), but I received a call back and an email with the requested information within the hour. She put all our info for the upcoming appointment in the Visionworks system. I was REALLY impressed with her dedication and knowledge.
