I had such a wonderful experience at the Arboretum location with Janice. Her professionalism, honesty, and patience is exactly what I needed to help me on my second visit to pick out my glasses, just because I am so indecisive. Nevertheless, here I am picking them up and extremely happy with my (Janice's ) final selection. I am so glad she was there to guide me. Thanks Janice I really appreciate you. Thank you for providing excellent customer service and calming my nerves.

Nope.. Nope... Nope!! I have been using this location for 18 years since I started seeing the best eye doctor associated with the location. The last few times I was not able to get the glasses right after my exam and had to come back and today was the last time I will come back to the store. 25 minute ride to get their before 5:30 pm and once again... no optician on sight. This Vision Works has went down hill over the past few years and no let's not use covid as an excuse. Your lucky if their is an optician on site and when there is ONE they are to busy to handle the volume. I will continue to have my son and I see the doctor associated with the location but I will not use this Vision Works to purchase glasses and contacts again. Either close the store or get the right amount of options in there. I do not recommend.

Walked out of this place happily after being refused any kind of friendly customer service. After one employee insisted an eye exam first she promptly got an attitude, explained to her we only drove her to get an idea of what the cost of frames and lenses would be. With a tone her coworker says Bye! While I'm exiting the store. Why run a promotion and treat customers like they don't want business.!!!Grand opening grand closing. The greatest travesty is that the eye doctor actually seems like a well respected individual. The retail service will certainly send me elsewhere. The only thing these ladies earned is a bad google review. Definitely NOT a new customer or family or friends! I certainly am glad I stopped in before I realized this is the type of customer service I would be getting . This was exactly why stopped by is to see how the service would be after an eye exam!!!!!!! Shop here if you like paying to be patronized by two employees that could care less about a customers or the business they represent.

The service and attention were outstanding! The team was very friendly and helpful. Caleb immediately greeted me when I entered the store. I asked him what my insurance covered. He promptly looked it up and explained my benefits, which helped with my frame selection. The frames are also organized by style and price, which makes the selection much easier. I found the perfect frame, ordered new eyeglasses, and was in and out of the store within 30 minutes. Awesome!
