Walmart Vision & Glasses

Doctor Hugo and his staff were fantastic today. I was treated so kindly from start to finish.And then was able to go right.Next door in the same building and actually order my glasses. It's very nice to be treated kindly. God bless you all

I received a message that I can pick up my glasses. I came straight from work and when I arrived I was informed that I need to wait an hour since the person who can release my glasses is on a break. I came in at 3pm and got my glasses at 4pm. If they don't value time, I do. And they wasted an hour of mine.

Amazing staff. Always helpful and courteous. Galleria in Charlotte is my go to location. Jimmy James and Michelle are a dream team.

Love this vision center. In the past I patronized vision works and LensCrafters and felt the staff was not personable and I was financially ripped off. I can't say enough about this location. Enormous selection of stylish frames to fit any budget. I'm especially grateful for the manager, Anthony. He was patient and helpful with my selection process for frames that were suitable for my unique facial structure and allocated time to adjust my bifocals once delivered. The staff is well trained and professional . I wouldn't shop anywhere else.

Anthony was a great help finding the perfect frames and lenses for me. I was very satisfied with the service at this location . I was greatly impressed on how he could service all those people working by himself in timely manner. They need to hire more people for this nice fellow. Good job Anthony!

I have been getting my glasses there for several years. Service there was excellent, until my glasses frame broke and since I have warranty on it. I brought it back for repair. When I got there I saw new faces, which I didn't mind. The associate Anthony took my glass went in the little small room and came back quickly and place the glasses on my face. Without any hesitation, I went on with my day. When I reached home my daught asked if I got new glasses,I asked why then took the glasses from my eyes. I notice the frame was black. A different color from what I had. When back and told Anthony he made a mistake with my frame. Because my frame color was reddish brown. I remembered because. Michelle the first associate who helped me to picked out my glasses, recommend that color because it matches my hair color. Anthony begins to tells me how long I have my glasses which is 11months and he would be pulling a rabbit out of a hat to get the frame I had. I feels that was rude ,because even if my frame broke 1day before the 1 year warranty. It was his responsibility to fix it. Now they lose a customer and another. As the very week one of my friends asked where I got my glasses. I told her but in the same breath told her I wouldn't recommend, this place.
