Ordered glasses months ago and still didn't get them. Then called again recently to speak to Spryte I think that's her name to tell me to call back at a certain time. Then never answer the phone. They got paid for glasses 4 months ago and still no glasses. NEVER USE THEM

When glasses were ordered my eyes didn't never get measured. Prescription didn't match both ladies black and white very rude! unprofessional when asked about a former employee were told they were fired personal business getting exposed! Get a new team!

You think when you're calling carryout they put you on hold before they even greet you, this place does it to me every time! And it's a older caucasian guy that always picks up the phone. Like does this place get any business? I've tried twice within a month to make an appointment and I never get to speak with anyone because of this dude. I will take my business elsewhere. Advice to management, train your staff how to multi-task!

I don't know about the staff at the vision center but the eye exam doctor did a thorough eye exam and now I can finally see clear and not blurrs all the time so because of him Im giving a 5 star review I can enjoy everything without headaches now such a relief
