The ladies at the vision center were very nice and helped answer any questions we had even though we weren't buying anything that day.
Also I wanted to mention that my wife and I had an appointment with Dr Fine for an eye exam and he is AWESOME. Very insightful and didn't feel rushed at all. Fee is very reasonable and also appreciated how nice the front desk girl was!
Case in point: We were asked initially if we wanted to spend an extra $20/ea to get our eyes dilated, and since we haven't gotten an exam we accepted. But after the exam, Dr. Fine recommended we didn't need it because there was no indication from the initial tests. Really appreciated that! Glad we found our new eye doctor!

They have very polite employees but the limited and misleading hours are very frustrating. Call before you go!! The hours online do not indicate when the licensed optician is present. They cannot do anything for you without this individual present. The website said that they were open Mondays, so I went to pickup my glasses. They said I had to come back because the optician doesn't work on Mondays. Big pain.

We had the pleasure of working with the store manager David Santos. He was awesome. I took my granddaughter there and he made her feel very comfortable. He helped her pick out glasses that she liked quickly, which is not always easy with her. She loves her glasses and they were a very reasonable price.
