Walmart Vision & Glasses

I went there today for an eye exam without an appointment and I was seen in about 45 minutes. The lady in the reception is very nice and the doctor is amazing, I have no complaints at all he takes care of me and take his time, also make me smile during the process. I am not sure about the other people in the front because I didn't buy my glasses there but for sure the doctor and his assistant were very nice and professional. Thank you again.

I assume when you purchase the lower price Glasser the done on them is shabby as discriminating. After less than a year sun reflector is fading leaving marks on the lens keeping me from seeing clearly, like a haze. Unless you get the warrantee which is not worth it. It's all about making money at the expense of the customer. I will never give the vision center my money again. I wish I had looked at their reviews.

I highly recommend this place to anyone in need of an eye exam or eyeglasses. The customer service is truly outstanding--everything is explained clearly, including insurance details. Dr. Amanda tested my eyes with great care and kindness, making me feel completely comfortable. A heartfelt thank you to the entire team--because of you, I can see clearly! Thank You

I would like to brag on the vision center manager Tamika Evans. She is awesome. She's so nice and was very helpful to me. She went above and beyond to help me order a replacement pair of glasses. She even went as far as to call another store for the specific frame I needed and I received them within a week of ordering. Thank you thank you thank you Tamika. You rock girl!!!

I would sincerely like to thank Phyllis and Estela for helping me pick out my glasses today and get my insurance issue handled. These ladies are very knowledgeable, helpful, and patient. You ladies are amazing. I will always go here for my optical needs.

I come here for my eye exams, my contacts and my son's glasses. I would bring my son here for exams, but he has to see a specialist. I've always received great service. The store manager, Heidi, is great with my son (almost 3 years old) and he won't let anyone else help him. I continue to come here even though we've moved further away.

This place has good Doctor, I and my wife visit here every year for eye checkup. One of the store Associate by name Ann is very kind, patient and helpful... But now I do not want to go to place anymore because of the new lady manager by name Heidi and another new senior sales associate. Both ladies are rude, impatient and use offensive words to customers.

I was helped by a very rude sales associate named Connie. She was very snappy with me and didn't preform her job adequately. She very slowly went through the process of adding me onto their system. After asking me numerous times if I had been there before to which I answered "yes". She didn't believe me and then finally came to the conclusion that I wasn't added to the new system yet. After about 15 minutes of waiting for her to process my information she asked me how I would be paying for the contacts I ordered to which I replied insurance. She practically hissed at me and then asked why I didn't tell her that in the beginning. Whereas I see she should have asked in the beginning. While trying to file my insurance information she was very short with me and wouldn't look me in the eye. When I was giving her the information she was asking for she kept telling me no and then would slowly talk me in a belittling way to try and get her question across. After giving her the same answer several times she finally wrote it down and understood. Then she had to go through the entire filing process again which took another 20 minutes of waiting. By far the worst service I've ever had. Wouldn't recommend this location to ANY ONE.
