Walmart Vision & Glasses

Yasmine in the front was rude... literally rude. I don't know if you're a student but I hope when you get into your profession you don't treat your customers like that. When it comes to speaking to anyone in the healthcare field you should keep into account your tone and how you speaking to people. I hope you see this review and do better.... I even thought of calling corporate on you. You ruined my experience!

DO NOT GO TO THIS LOCATON: I've been using Walmart Vision Centers since 2005--in Chicago, Las Vegas, and now Charlotte. But this location is a disgrace. 1st problem - The doctor was snappy when I tried to explain my vision changes; I brushed it off. 2nd problem - Went to order my glasses and I was told they didn't take CareCredit. Strange because, CareCredit states they're accepted at Walmart. brushed that off as well. Months go by and I still need glasses, so I called to ask again about the CareCredit. I was told yes we accepted. During this call I also asked about getting a copy of my prescription. I was assured I could do that. 3rd problem - a few days later, I go in. this time I was told they only accept CareCredit if the card has a Visa logo. Now I'm getting aggravated. 4th problem - I ask the woman can I get the copy of the prescription so I can go elsewhere. She tells me she can't give me the prescription because the doctor isn't on duty. And even if they accepted CareCredit, I couldn't order without a doctor. I lost it! The purpose of my call was to ask question before coming up there and wasting my time. The person on the phone never said the doctor had selective hours other than those listed on the website. And why do I need a doctor to get a copy of my prescription. And to top it all off...hold on this is the good part. I called today and spoke with a manager who told me I wasted my own time because no in that office told me the doctor would be there on Saturday. But like everything else these days, no one wants to work and customer service is dead.

The eye doctors are very friendly, give very good quality eye exam. The glasses selection is plentiful, low priced. Friendly Technicians. Sherry is outstanding. I have been dealing with her for several years now. I recommend this vision center highly.

Not the best. I came in for an eye check up and they made a prescription that does not work for me. When I got my glasses I had continual eye strain after wearing them for days. I came in and asked to be rescheduled for a second eye check up. Which was happily complimentary. But they would not be able to see me for the next 2 weeks. I needed my glasses fixed as soon as possible due to extended travel and had to go to another eye doctor and pay for the eye check up without insurance in order to fix my prescription. It is my expectation that when somebody else makes a mistake that they have to pay for it and that they attempt to fix their mistakes as a high priority. They are fixing their mistake for free but this is the least I expect from a company, that they fix their mistakes. Walmart Vision Center does not fix its mistakes well. I was obliged to spend a few hours of work and time on my part trying to solve the problem and also paying for an eye visit with another doctor to fix the prescription. Walmart visitors center should focus more on its customers by ensuring a better experience to those affected by their mistakes.

After spending $300 for over priced glasses at a popular vision center and this is with insurance and receiving the wrong prescription twice. I decided to get a 2nd opinion and gave this place a shot. The Dr. At Walmart vision center Was kind and patient and took the time to explain everything to me. He answered all my questions and made sure I felt confident with the prescription and contacts before letting me walk out the office. Not to mention there was no wait time due to overlooking like at the other place. I don't even know why I didn't think about Walmart in the first place. Grate place and great staff.

Dr. LeBlanc is fantastic. My mother is elderly and disabled. Not only was she patient, but also showed empathy and was very caring towards her future needs. I would totally recommend this doctor for your eye are needs.

I had a very good experience with the dr and Carla, but the Hispanic woman in the Optics department was not very welcoming. She was not willing to help and She looked very mean and Like she didn't want to be there.

Thanks to the Walmart Vision Center here, where I was greeted by Teresa with great customer service. And with Jen offering excellent product knowledge and recommendations. Thanks ladies!
