Love this Warby Parker location! I worked primarily with Susan, the licensed optician, who was the kindest, most professional, and most resourceful person with whom I've worked in the optha-, eye industry in a long time! Pricing, prescriptions and procedures were all absolutely clearly covered and explained. She was wonderful at helping me determine the best option for my particular contact lens situation. I recognize that she spent more time with me than with a normal customer, and I really appreciated that she did. Switching a contact lens provider can be like switching personal hygiene brands like toothpaste, etc. Susan makes it easy for me to consider switching to Warby Parker!!!

Oh my gosh, I cannot say enough good things about my experience in this store today. First, I was warmly greeted with a hello and smile from Love, who got me checked in immediately. He answered my questions kindly. Then, Susan adjusted two pairs of glasses for me within 15 minutes. She is incredibly talented! The way she meticulously shaped the frames to fit my face made both pair feel like brand new! I'm absolutely thrilled with how snug they are now - so much more functional and secure. These two Warby Parker employees are a great asset to the company!!

He knew where the products were on display, and brought several glasses from the $95 frames and also from the $145 wired frames. This provided me an option to try and compare each example. This Warby Parker Store is always a clean and an open-feeling store.
