The sales associate did such an amazing job! We were there to get glasses for my 4 yo daughter, and the associate spoke to her and made her feel comfortable and special and was just so patient with my daughter. Absolutely above and beyond what we expected and we left feeling really glad we came here first. They have a lot of options for kids frames, which was fantastic. Also, the prices there are unbeatable!

First time in the store and first time buying. I was able to use my insurance and literally paid $40 for my first pair of glasses! Nice selection, staff were very helpful and knowledgeable. The store itself is absolutely beautiful--bright, welcoming, and thoughtfully designed, which made browsing a pleasure. Joshua was especially outstanding and truly delivered amazing customer service. He was knowledgeable, patient, and made the entire experience easy and enjoyable from start to finish. I was also impressed by how quickly and seamlessly I was able to order my new prescription glasses. It's rare to find such a perfect blend of great design, efficiency, and exceptional service.
