We had a wonderful experience! The staff was so nice to us and really took their time. I drove from the Fort Bragg area because I couldn't find anyone that would take my VSP insurance and see my 5 year old. I definitely recommend this place for eye exams. Thank you guys! We will be back!

Took my friend there for a 2PM appointment due to reported lain and discomfort in his eye. We sat in a waiting room that smelt of Menthol mint. The service was terrible, they did not make us feel welcomed to the establishment. I'd recommend going to another eye doctor to seek better aid and in a less rundown facility

Was very disappointed as to how I was treated. First, I gave my insurance over the phone 3 weeks prior to my visit and when I showed up for appt. I asked if they could tell me if they took my insurance which they still couldn't confirm or deny so I proceeded to have a seat and wait patiently. From there I waited in the office for 50 min past my appt time and watched how others who came in way after me we're taken back first because they were "cash paying". In addition Dr .Raynor remained in the wait area the entire time and talked to other patrons who also came in after me and conversed about his medical problems and talked about how he "went to those idiots at the local emergency room" where they misdiagnosed him. Well, just so happens I am an emergency room nurse and have worked at our local ER before and found his comments unprofessional in such an open setting. After that I went back to the desk and asked for my insurance card and said I wished no longer to wait and then at that time was told well "we don't take your insurance anyways"!!!!!!!

I would definitely recommend this office and see Dr. Huggins . He is awesome and very knowledgeable about eye care. The office staff is very nice also.
