Very efficient and thorough exams, engaging and super friendly Techs. The front desk staff could be more engaging and consumer friendly, but I'm going to chalk it up to the "end of the day" rut. I had ZERO issues with scheduling my appointment online..., I learned my lesson after the phone situation the last time. All in all, I had pleasant experience at today's visit, in and out in around 30 min.

Dr. Reeves was very polite and professional! The entire team were great besides receptionists. They were not welcoming whatsoever. A warm greeting, friendlier tone, and a smile would make a huge difference. Felt like I was in trouble just for sitting there waiting lol. After the exams, I paid what I owed and they waved me off. I wasn't sure if I could go over next door to Vision Works to get my frames because the receptionists clearly don't want to waste any air on you. Vision works front desk was amazing! Shout out to her, she made my dreadful appointment a little better.

The optometrist was very disrespectful. He made fun of my vision. I took my children to get their eyes examined. He walks in makes a negative comment towards my eyesight not even havin any idea about why I wear glasses. Also just blatantLu rudest I have ever came across. This was my first time and it is absolutely my last. Pick bett compassionate optometrist. It's diabolical

Customer service is horrible. The other staff is amazing. Once I checked out after the doctor handed the ladies my paperwork she asked what I needed. Initially there was one person ahead of me. The other lady kept making phone calls as I'm waiting in line. She did have a break to check me out but didn't. After I went next door to look at glasses the same lady making the phone calls came to get me. I've been coming here for years and always enjoyed the other ladies.

It was crowded when I walked Into my appointment however the staff made sure everyone waiting to be seen were calm and patient. My only complaint is they need a bigger space for the various exams and equipment. Other than that, I would still recommend to someone else.

I have been a regular for years--staff's always been solid. This time? Front desk barely acknowledged me, wait time was brutal, checkout felt like I was invisible. Doc was fast and good, but the new crew dropped the ball. Hope they get their groove back.
