We had a very pleasant visit at Eye Medics in Fayetteville, NC with my daughter, Malia. From the moment we walked in, the front desk receptionist, Rose, was incredibly kind and had such a gentle, welcoming spirit. She was very attentive, wonderful at giving genuine compliments, and even greeted me by name as soon as I walked in, which truly stood out. The entire experience felt a bit like walking into a luxury hotel, especially with how tastefully decorated and calming the office was.
We saw Dr. Singletary, and he was just as wonderful. He was very friendly and patient with my daughter, who is extremely shy. He met her exactly where she was, used a bit of silliness to encourage her to speak, and made the visit comfortable rather than stressful. It was very clear that he genuinely enjoys what he does and is passionate about educating and helping others understand eye health.
Overall, it was a great visit. I left feeling comfortable, cared for, and genuinely uplifted. I would recommend Eye Medics many times over!

I loved this doctor and the professionalism and kindness that he treated my child with. He also informed me about the importance of doing this eye vision examination very early to prevent any delay in that intervention, if it's needed. Actually, he told me that the difficulty that my child had, it should have been treated at least two years ago. I already made an appointment for my daughter too, just to check her eye vision now. He also told me about the link between the ADD and some vision disorders that could require Therapy Vision. I really like the service Today.

This was our first time taking my child to a pediatric optometrist, and the experience was surprisingly easygoing. Dr. Singletary was extremely professional and spoke to my child with respect throughout the entire appointment. He knew exactly how to ask questions in a way kids can understand and engage with, which helped him properly diagnose the issue.
We discovered my child has likely needed glasses for quite some time, and there are even treatment options available to address the effects of going without them. Dr. Singletary clearly explained what was going on and walked us through the next steps. The appointment was both insightful and reassuring.
We received the prescription for my child's glasses, and I cannot wait for them to experience the world the way it should be seen. They are basically blind in one eye, so this will make a huge difference. My child had fun and genuinely enjoyed the visit. We will definitely be returning.
