My visit went very well. The staff that greeted me were pleasant and friendly. I did not have a long wait time before the young lady who works the machines testing my eyes came to get me. She was so patient while I asked all my questions. Dr. Downing was friendly and very helpful in my understanding of all the tests. Overall, I have no complaints. Thank you.

Dr. Miller was incredibly thorough and kind. The staff at the front desk were very nice. I was impressed also with the staff in the eyewear section. A very pleasant experience in all. However there is still a big mix up regarding my prescription that presently hasn't been resolved.

I just want to say my visit was the best I have ever had, everyone was very friendly an knowledgeable!! The young lady who did the initial exam taking pictures for the Dr., she was very thorough and kind. Dr. Erin Downing did my exam and I have never in my life felt this comfortable with any Dr., she is very kind and friendly, she takes the time with you to help you with any questions you might have. I will definitely be returning here to see her and recommend her and this clinic to all my family and friends. Your entire staff was great too with checking me in and getting everything done.

Walked in with an eye injury. Of course DR Balch and his team are amazing and responsive taking such good care of me and ruling out any major issues allowing me to relax finally But Gabby was the star of the show at the front desk when I walked in fully in panic mode she was kind, responsive and assured every step of the way. This is the reason I have been a patient of Eye Care Center for many years for routine care but they went above and beyond today! Gabby you are AMAZING!

From beginning to end I feel that more attentiveness could have been given. Ichecked in and it was liked a recorded statement as I heard other patients come in receive the same verbatim. After all eye test I was sent to lobby to be checked out and that was it. No explanation from no one what was found if any. Very nice staff but need help on presentation and explanations. Again very nice staff just more etiquette needed.
