I had my LASIK surgery back in July and I am so very pleased. Not a single time I had to wait for my appointments, perhaps because they were super early in the morning like 6:30-7:00am. The whole process from beginning to end was phenomenal!!! Dr. French was my surgeon and Dr. Harris saw me for my follow ups. Both of them very ethical, professional and kind Doctors, I cannot thank all of them enough. Even the receptionists were sweet and kind, the technicians as well, the whole team is amazing... they have golf carts that can take you to your car after the appointments when you are dilated. I mean I have so many good things to say I can't even type them all. My vision is close to 20/20 which I am very pleased. So so happy and blessed!! .

I was seen at the time I was scheduled. The person that registered me when I came in was very pleasant, and all staff all the way to checking out were very pleasant and efficient, getting me in and out expediently. Dr. Faircloth is excellent / wonderful "chair-side" manner... Been seeing him since he was in Clinton, NC. This visit I saw Dr. Haddad for the first time and she was also very nice and knowledgeable. I have another visit scheduled w/ her in a couple weeks.

My experience with the MA & provider was great the issue began when my prescription for my eye drop after a week was not called in, then week two still no I drop called in finally after several unanswered messages it was called in incorrectly, pharmacy has made multiple attempts and messages yet again same issue script called in incorrectly! Now we are moving into week three and no eye drop, no response from office to get this corrected, Walgreens continues to leave messages no response this is totally unacceptable and incompetence. I would fire staff so quickly for this foolishness .

I went for my first appointment, just a yearly, and was called back 30 minutes after my appointment time (no big deal). They had my take my contacts out for various tests, dialates my eyes, then had me GO BACK to the waiting room because there weren't rooms available. I have -5.75 vision and cannot see AT ALL without my contacts. Why call me back if there are no rooms? And why are they all full if I'm here at my scheduled time?

I will never go back to the Pinehurst location.The Doctors and Nurses seem to be good at their jobs. But, as administration goes this place is a disaster. They move you back and forth between waiting areas probably to make you feel like something is about to happen. And now they are billing me for something that my insurance won't pay for. If the insurance won't pay for it then in my opinion it isn't a legitimate charge.

Eye care associates need to go out of business. I payed 200.00 cash was seen by this want to be doctor in and out permanently Lost my vision. I reported eye care associates to the better business bureau. Beware beware beware.
