I had an excellent first visit at Eye Medic with Dr. Shiau. From the moment I arrived, I felt very comfortable. The receptionist, Rose, was friendly, welcoming, and professional. Dr. Shiau truly exceeded my expectations. I've never had an optometrist take so much time to explain every detail of my eye exam and provide such thorough patient education. He was patient, knowledgeable, and made sure I understood everything about my eye health. This was by far one of the best experiences I've had at an eye clinic. I highly recommend Dr. Shiau and the team at Eye Medic!

My recent eye exam with Dr. Shiau was a great experience. She was knowledgeable, thorough and kind throughout my entire exam. She provided me with a new prescription and everything was easy and efficient for me. Other staff members I interacted with were kind, welcoming and helpful. I will definitely be retuning!

Dr. Eva Shiau is thorough during her examination gives explanation of the eye issue and comes up with a care plan. She is very understanding about your uncomfort and helps come up with solutions. I'm excited to be her new patient and will continue coming back for further treatments. The receptionist is welcoming and is kind. I know I'm in good hands.

I am a new patient with Dr. Shiau but it felt like I have been going to her for years. Her demeanor was very welcoming. She conducted a very thorough examination. She actually listened to my concerns and answered all of my questions i definitely recommend going to Dr. Shiau for all of your optometry needs. I would like to add that the receptionist was super friendly and provided a welcoming attitude as well. I am happy thatI was able to find a caring and professional optometrist!!
