Although the staff were friendly, I found the wait time to be very long. Two hours for a simple eye exam tells me they put no value on my time. In addition, they had my husband pass messages to me instead of calling me, gave me my husbands invoice instead of mailing it to him. I find this to be unethical. This was our first time at this clinic, it wasn't like they knew us or that we had gone in together.

This place is THE best for eye care. Dr. Ballard is professional, knowledgeable and compassionate. The staff is wonderful. Christy at the front desk can help you with appointments and questions. Jessica helps with the exam and Robin can hook you best looking glasses ever.

Service was good until the glasses purchased from the office optical shop finally arrived after unreasonable long waiting days with issues. Absolutely zero response from the office since then, this practice is either screening the incoming calls or the messages left with the front desk is not being forwarded accordingly. Big disappointment.
