Super friendly staff everyone is very nice and sooo patient here. They have a wide selection of glasses to choose from and there are some fairly cheap cute glasses to choose from. I've never had a single issue but I'm sure if I ever did they would resolve it very fairly. The doctors are very caring, understanding, and patient. They didn't have any changing tables and my baby needed to be changed so one of the ladies made me a space in their staff bathroom without me even having to ask. The staff are the absolute sweetest people with the best vibes!! We will never go to any other eye doctor! :))

They were so nice and welcoming to us from the moment we stepped inside. Everyone was so pleasant and well knowledgeable. Definitely making this their permanent eye doctor. I will say I did not know about the $44.00 fee per child until less than 24 hrs before the appt. I booked a month in advance so the lack of communication on that end was disappointing. However other than that they were great.

This place is a gem. I've been without glasses for almost 2 months now. I was excited to experience this place they really helped me out alot in many different ways. I would recommend this place to anybody I know and they except my insurance. Which is a plus for me. Very reasonable prices. The ladies there are exceptional. My eye doctor Mrs. BRITTANI .... I've been with boy Dr. Holland since I was F O U R years old. He has the patience of a saint with his patients and I swear the man hasn't aged since '99. He is very thorough and professional. His wife (Girl Dr. Holland) has seen me a time or two as well and nothing but good things her way as well. Most recently, I saw Dr. B. Carver and I really really appreciated her as well. The office is fresh, clean and very organized. Thank you to all of your staff for what you do!

Worst experience ever had a lady tell me I was getting them same day then someone else told me they would be ready between 2 to 4wks. Called and was told they were not ready yet that I was suppose to wait 4 to 8wks I call 11wks later and nobody could find me in the system I was told there was no order in my name. 3 people were trying to search for my order with no luck. I have a receipt and paid for one of the exams that my insurance did not cover. This lady comes back to the phone to tell me that they found me but that the company they send it to will be in contact about my glasses. I get a phone call from the optical blaming my insurance and the shutdown for everything and that my glasses are still not ready. Someone told me earlier it was unusual that it is taking so long and they did not understand why. I had to leave a job I had because I was unable to see the computer and paperwork well. And to be given the run around on the phone and by that I mean to many dang stories. This was ordered on September 11th
