Eyemart Express

Ok was hesitant going to this optical but boy was i wrong. It was one of the best eyeglass buying experiences I've ever had. From the optician, Angela, that took me through the process and made it super easy and understandable, to the guy in the back who's name i didn't get who made my glasses in 6 minutes (yes I said 6 minutes) and finally to Rick the guy at the front counter that fits your finished glasses my experience was fantastic. So if your thinking of going to any other place just stop by and give them a try. You will not be disappointed In the least. Great job to all the team at Eyemart Express

We arrived for our scheduled appointment and there was no staff member present in the optometrist office, only a paper sign in the window directing customers to sign in. After awkwardly waiting for about 15 minutes with no communication and no signs of life, we went next door to the attached glasses retailer to ask if we were in the right place. We stood at the desk for about 5 minutes before I said excuse me to the closest staff member (working on a laptop). She did not even look up at us as I asked her if we were in the right place for an eye exam. She said it was next door with eyes still on her laptop, and back we went to the small empty waiting room with again, no one present. We then waited an additional 15 minutes without any update or visible staff presence. Even if exams are conducted via telemedicine or the doctor is off-site, someone should be physically present to greet patients and communicate delays. Everyone's time is valuable, especially when bringing children in for care. Appointments already are an interruption to a normal day, although necessary, one doesnt expect to go to said scheduled interruption and waste time and energy out of one's work day. I wasted time today and my child is still without an eye exam. I'm left wondering how this place has good reviews and how they're even in business. I would not recommend making an appointment here based on our experience.

I have nothing but outstanding remarks for this location. Jerry was very professional and welcoming. He took care of me promptly when I arrived, answered all of my questions and concerns. They have an assortment of designer brands like Nike, Ray Ban, Oakley, and Versace. They offer military discounts so that's a bonus. It's a one-stop-shop as long as they have the lens you want in stock. It's assembled in approximately an hour. You don't have to wait to get them on a different day. I shall return to make more purchases for the family.

Great experience! Progressive lens with transitions in less than an hour. Very satisfied and appreciative of everyone that assisted me. Amber did my fitting and my RX is perfect in my glasses.

Amber was wonderful. Professional and very good at her craft. My mother has dementia. She cleaned her glasses with a scrubbing pad. I live 3 hours away and travel for a living. Coming into town and getting new glasses for my mom in 1hour was a blessing. The circle of life can be hard watching parents decline beyond their control. Little things like this are Huge. Exceptional experience and excellence service from Amber. I am a first time customer and walked in with my daughter just to see their options. She found the perfect glasses for half the price of another store and they were ready for pickup 30 minutes after she had picked out a pair.

I haven't been to the eye doctor in years and I knew I needed to. So I decided to try the Eyemart on skibo in Fayetteville NC. I went in waited for a few minutes to see the eye doctor next door (Mrs.Toni) who was so sweet. She welcomed me and talked me through the exam step by step and even went further by helping me feel relaxed. After the exam she walked me over to the eyemart express and help me pick out two pair of glasses (yelp I had to get glasses) which I'm truly thankful for because I didn't realize how bad my eyes were. At the eye glasses store they were as welcoming as her nice, helpful, and friendly. I don't get mine for a week because they were a special kind I needed in glasses , but hey for the price and kindness and for sure good people it's worth it all. I am going to make mom a appointment and get her seen now. Please give them a try you want regret it. Thank you all for everything it will be such a blessing to be able to see really good again.
