We had an excellent experience at MyEyeDr, thanks to the exceptional service provided by Beatrice Figueroa. From the moment we arrived, she was friendly, professional, and genuinely attentive to my mom's needs. Beatrice took the time to carefully explain all the eyeglass options and pricing in a clear, easy-to-understand manner, which we truly appreciated. She was incredibly patient and helpful, ensuring that my mom felt comfortable and confident in her choices without ever feeling rushed or pressured. Beatrice went above and beyond to find pricing options that worked best for us, and her expertise made the entire process smooth and stress-free. The service overall was quick, easy, and very well organized. It's not often that you come across customer service this thoughtful and efficient. Thanks to Beatrice, this visit was fantastic, and we will definitely be returning and recommending this location to others.

I came in to make an appointment for my daughter today. I've been receiving reminders that she is due for a checkup. When I arrived, the desk workers just stared at me without saying hello or anything. I told them I needed to make an appointment for my 7 year old (who has been a patient here already for several years). They told me that they are no longer seeing children under 10 years. It would have been nice if they'd called the parents of their current patients under 10 to let them know that they would need to find a new doctor!

I want to thank MyEyeDr. on Glensford Dr Fay NC for the great costumer service today! I was greeted when I walked in the everyone that worked there is so kind and professional! Just nice and you can tell they all love what they do. I even noticed the employee that was helping another customer was just so kind! Thank you MyEyeDr.

I've been coming to this location for years. And the service I receive every time is always top notch. From the instead you walk in the door you are greeted very warmly. From check in to exam, to the final paperwork the customer service is amazing. The ladies are so friendly and funny. Today was such an awesome experience. Thank you so much for all you do to help me see better.

I had a great experience here at MyEyeDr on Glensford Dr. The wait was short and the exam process was seamless and quick. The staff was friendly and helpful and took care of all of my vision needs. I came back about 2 weeks after my eye exam to purchase a cloth to clean my lenses and I was offered one as they don't have the biggest selection in store. What a way to cover your bases. Great job staff, as long as I'm in the area they will be my go to!

Honestly awful. The exam process was quick and the doctor was nice, but afterwards it all fell apart. I informed the lady up front that I wouldn't be buying contacts from them, I just needed the prescription. She still took me through a sales pitch anyway, which is her job, that's fine. I informed her after the sales pitch that I had to get going, my aunt had passed away and her funeral was impending. She made a snarky and passive aggressive remark about how I shouldn't have scheduled this stuff so close together. Then proceeded to intentionally drag her feet on processing my exam fees, while blaming on "computer issues." I brought them my previous lenses, CooperVision Clariti Toric lenses, but they wrote my prescription for CooperVision MyDay Toric Lenses, which cost $500 more. The doctor also informed me that my prescription hadn't changed enough for her to bother actually changing it from what was on the package, but its now suddenly different as well. I called up to have my prescription corrected to the brand I brought in at least, at which point I was told by the lady on the phone that I provided the wrong info (I literally brought them the seals from my contacts and told them what I wear), so it's all my fault that my prescription is wrong. I was also told that I wouldn't be able to get my prescription corrected until the 13th. Meanwhile, I've got 4 pairs of contacts left. The lady on the phone said they would be happy to get me a trial pair of the more expensive contacts, or just order those for me if I'd like. What a trash optometrist. I should have never left my previous provider. Mark and avoid. 2 stars instead of one because at least the exam was quick.

Dr. Ballard was a joy to talk to & I feel she's such a sweetheart too. I was in/out with no issues. My daughter& I just love this company as everyone are so nice & professional. I wish I could remember the other lady's name that I 1st saw as she also was nice & easy to talk to. Ms. Sue was great in helping me with my glasses selection. In all, I had a great experience & don't plan on changing eye doctor's. Have a blessed day!

I've been a patient for a few years and even though I always schedule the last appointment of the day and take a long time to choose my glasses the staff has always been so kind and patient with me, especially Sue who always answers all my questions with a smile and makes sure to find the best deal for me. Very thankful for Sue's work! I recommend this office!
