Northside Family Eye Care

I have been going to Dr. Ballard at Northside Family Eye Care for a few years now and I have had very, very positive experiences. I am always left with the distinct impression that I am a valued customer that the doctors and staff actually care about. Drs. Ballard and their team are top notch.

At Northside Family Eyecare, the doctors and staff make you feel welcome and like you're part of the family. They're all friendly, informative and helpful. When I go here, I know I get the best care. I also know I get the best products for a great price. Shoutout to Theresa, Abbigale, Jessica, Ana, Makaylia, Phylencia, Jamie, Robin, Mary, and Doctors Joseph and Ashley Ballard!

What a wonderful experience! My kids and I all had eye appointments today, and everyone at this office was so kind! This was my daughter's first ever eye appointment, and she loved it because of how great and friendly everyone was. We saw Dr. Ashley and she was very friendly, knowledgeable, and great at educating! As someone who has had a few eye issues in my life and is not a stranger to eye appointments, I have to say this optometry office is the absolute best! Added bonus: their decor and entire office feel was incredible!

Everyone is very kind at this office! I can't say enough nice things about how the staff and doctors treated my elderly parents this past week. The staff spoke loud enough for them to hear them and the doctors spoke to my parents instead of me,treated them with great respect! Everyone in the office had a smile on their face too!

I am a new patient at Northside and have been extremely pleased! From the time you enter until the time you leave, the staff have been super friendly! They perform what I'd call a very detailed eye exams which consists of various test with different pieces of equipment some of which I don't know that I've ever had done before. The doctor has been very attentive and has explained my vision care health concerns and what the plan for treatment will be; Dr. has taken the time to address any questions I've had and he does a great job keeping his explanations clear and understandable.

Staff go above and beyond from the moment you walk in. My wife and I, were extremely impressed !! Definitely Recommend !! Great , calm, welcoming atmosphere. Very thorough eye exam. Dr. Ballard was very kind and listens to the patient !! Robin, my wife, and I, had a blast !!

Northside Eye Care is THE BEST hands down! The staff members are very welcoming & friendly. Dr Ballard is one of a kind, we love him!! He is never rushed, sits down and actually talks with you, listens to any complaints or questions you have and comes up with a plan for your care. When you sit down in his examining chair he makes you feel like family and my prescription glasses are always spot on. We are beyond thrilled he moved to our area and we found him. We hope he never leaves. BEST eye care doctor ever!!

Very informative of all the different tests and all options for me and my husband of glasses/bifocals/sub glass combinations to fit our life style and needs! Also the clinic itself very warm and inviting decor makes a very cozy home hug feel!
