I can't say enough nice things. After a bad experience at our local eye doctor, our pediatrician wanted a second opinion and send us to a pediatric eye doctor 2 hours away in Fayetteville. Dr. Bonaparte is amazing. She is the only doctor who can get my high needs son to cooperate and she is so calm and kind with him. She is a blessing and I wish more doctor's would use this approach. The staff are all very kind and courteous. We messed up our appointment date and came two days early, and they still accepted us within minutes. The office is very clean and nice. The children's play area is a wonderful bonus for us parents with wild children This is well worth the 2 hour trip each way.

Thank you Dr Riggins and staff for making me feel so comfortable during my cataract surgery. I was so afraid. You calmed me down and made me feel comfortable. The surgical suite was quiet and siren. You and your staff are the best!!! I thank you again for your help.

Went to a new patient appointment and the person who set up my appointment didn't tell me i needed a driver or that i would have to be dilated, and if i refused the dialation it is a 50 dollar fee. I woke up at 6 am to get to this appointment, wasted my time and gas to get here and apologizing for this will not give me back my time or my gas. I am diabetic and having vision problems, and personally i would rather loose my eyes then be inconvenienced like this again. I had my stuff together and was on time for my appointment, but due to the ignorance of this office I wasted time and gas, and it has discouraged me from even getting my eyes checked. It is not my fault that this office is incompetent. Im expected to be at my appointments on time or there is a cancellation fee, but i don't get nothing from this office for failing to give me pertinent information. If i needed a driver i would have arranged for a driver. This place is trash. Would not recommend

I would like to thank the staff for their kindness and excellent care. As a person who was very much afraid of even the idea of having eye surgery. Everyone involved from the sign in to the sign out made me feel so very comfortable and safe. The staff is awesome. The surgical staff was so very kind caring and considerate. Dr.Riggins is very very excellent surgeon. Again thank you all so very much

Your office posts on Facebook about a delay in opening due to snow at 8am on 1/22/25. It's a real shame that this information couldn't be shared with your patients who you scheduled to arrive at 8:00a. While all of us knew that inclement weather was coming and planned accordingly, your office was unable to take contact numbers home to notify early appointments of the delay? No outgoing voice message? No other attempt other than a Facebook post, which a new patient probably wouldn't check. My 86 y/o grandmother's appt was scheduled at 430p yesterday- well after the weather report. Half blind and on oxygen, she loaded up an hour early to ensure our typical 15 minute drive wouldn't be impacted by the snow. Then to add insult, your office called 10 minutes after her appt to reschedule while I was still in the parking lot waiting. At least 2 other cars were filled with elderly on oxygen.Shame on you. No, I am not interested in rescheduling with you. I will take my grandmother where they plan for expected inclement weather and notify people before we put ourselves at risk to meet our obligations.

I arrived at the clinic 40 minutes early for my appointment. When I was called to the desk. I was told due to their being no prior authorization from my insurance. They would not be able to see me today. This was not the first time that this had happened. All that was required was they call me Let me know and my family doctor would have written a referral. And it would have been no problem whatsoever. I will never return to this clinic again.

Dr. Leah Bonaparte was amazing with my 12 month old. She was very thorough and make sure that I understood what she was doing and his results. She took the time to answer my questions and concerns. The staff was also wonderful. They made us feel comfortable and welcomed. My appointment was scheduled far out because they were booked but it was so worth the wait for an appointment. I would definitely recommend this place. Looking forward to going back in 6 months.

I have had great experiences every time I have come for an appointment. The staff does a wonderful job from the time I walk in until the time I leave. My appointments have been in a timely manner. I never have to sit all day in the waiting area. The Doctors that I have dealt with are all nice and they are well knowledgeable in their craft. I want to personally thank Dr. Patel for introducing me to Dr. Bonaparte who soon will be doing surgery on my eye that I thought could not be done.
