We love staff here! Dr.Chavis has seen me and my children from the time they were in kindergarten- my oldest just started college this year. She is super thorough with her patients!!! In fact, my son's eye pressure was trending towards high and she sent him to a specialist that diagnosed him with glaucoma at 16 years of age. When I say this lady is thorough, she is thorough! I sincerely feel she is the BEST!! All of the staff is so kind and wonderful too! I highly recommend this location!!!!

I'm highly upset. I called multiple times today and received no answer!! I then called vision care next door and was transferred to customer service and was told to call back at 2pm because they were on break until that time. I call exactly at that time and received no answer again! I wait a couple more minutes and finally get an answer. They woman says my appointment was at 2pm it was literally 2:05pm (i have the time stamp in my call log). I say am i able to come in still - because i live 3 minutes away and she responds and says no because the Dr. has to go. Not granting your customer when YOU aren't answering your phone is ridiculous. They need an attentive CSR who will actually answer the phone for customers ...

I was a walk-in, so I had no appointment. I waited about 2 hours to be seen and I must say, I had to summon the patience of Job, to continue my wait. However, once they began with me, everyone was very courteous, helpful and knowledgeable. The doctor, I cannot remember her name, but I do remember she was a female with short hair, was awesome. I felt like she knew what she was doing, and that the information that she was giving me was accurate. She took her time and did not rush through everything. I am confident that I got the best treatment I could expect, and I would gladly recommend them to anyone needing treatment.

I would not take my dog to be seen there. Dr. Hendricks prescribed me medication for my eyes and told me to return in 2 to 3 weeks. I went to the receptionist, spoke about my next appointment, and paid the high co-pay. I called back to make the appointment. The receptionist, dana, gave me a hard time because I wanted to make an appointment one day before the two-week mark. Due to the nature of my job, I can't take off work or leave in the middle of the day. The staff there are very disrespectful and dismissive. If I could give them -5 stars, I would. Save yourself time and money; find another place to be seen.

My experience was just this past week and it was a very good one. I was a walk in
and so had to wait about 2hrs until all the scheduled clients were seen but
that was fine.
The receptionist was good, the technician I saw was
efficient in her duties and the Optometrist Dr. Hendrix shook my hand
when she walked into the examination room, took her time and made me feel
comfortable, that she was paying attention to my questions
and concerns and was diligent in making her diagnosis.
All in all I had a very good experience here...

I went in today for a routine eye exam this is my first time at this location and my first eye exam since I left the military.
The place is clean, the staff were super awesome and super helpful.
Dr. Brandi Chavis is not only a professionalist in her career field but also a down to earth person that shows the outmost genuine concern for others.
I read the reviews on Dr. Chavis prior to and after my appointment. Something that is this notable should not go without notice. Highly recommend...your eyes are in good hands.
