I had the most amazing experience! My daughter as well as myself needed classes before the new school year and had been to multiple places that just weren't a good fit. I called with 10 minutes to spare before closing, Lionel & Ashley happily took me even if that meant staying late ( again, sorry!) . Just to be able to get my glasses made the biggest difference. The professionalism, quality customer service and positive attitude made my day! Thank you for helping when nobody else would.

On my visit, I had the pleasure of interacting with Mrs. Rene the Manager. I was purchasing glasses for my grandson who has a disability. Ms. Rene was compassionate, helpful and showed concern. She really cared that my grandson received glasses that would compliment his face. She was also helpful in helping us to decide on the type of lens for my grandson's glasses, because his lens are very thick. She made sure that the lens he received would be reduce to their thinness. I really appreciate how Ms. Rene made our shopping experience a joyful one. She is also to be commended for the outstanding customer service that she provided us with on our visit. When, I came back to pickup my grandson glasses. I was assisted by Mr. Lionel. Mr. Lionel is very knowledgeable and professional but friendly. He explained in details about the thin lens that were placed in my grandson glasses. He also tried them on him and made sure that they fit perfect and that we were satisfied. He also, explained in details about the non-glare that was added in my grandson eye glasses prescription and how that works. Mr. Lionel is also to be commended for the outstanding customer service he provided us with. Thank you both for your professionalism, your willingness to show compassion and making our shopping experience a joyful and pleasant one.

Experience was with the optometrist. The doctor was great. The problem was in billing. We were given one bill that had a discount for the insurance at the time of service. About 2 weeks later we recived a bill in the mail. That we owed 70 dollars more. The note said they don't accept our insurance. The new amount that we owe was for the insurance discount. Not happy.

Everyone who is working here is so kind and understanding. I highly recommend going here to buy your glasses/contacts!
