Vision Center inside Walmart

I had something in my eye, and needed an urgent appointment. They were able to squeeze me in the very next day to see Dr. Hendrix. What a great person! She is very personable, and she has great bedside manners. She acted as she really cared, which is really rare for doctors of any kind these days. I strongly recommend her!

They were unable to give me the service I required, however Chris went above and beyond and was able to help me find someone who could. Took 5 minutes and first number he gave me worked. This was especially great since I've been pounding sand for 4 days trying to find someone who'd accept my insurance.

Great experience. My daughter and myself had appointments on the same day but hours apart. They took me early so I didn't have to wait. The young lady with the dreads was so sweet and let my daughter help her get my eye measurements. She was great. Will definitely return.

Since my experience with the doctor was Great, I thought i would bring my daughter for her eye exam too. Long story short got a phone call reminding regarding the appointment and asking the Insurance Information I did apologized for not calling in advance because as a human I forgot, so I called back to give the information and let that person know that the primary is CIGNA and Secondary TRICARE, she ask me what kind of CIGNA I said I'm not sure , but you can ask the payer. She insist to bring the copy of the Insurance, without it she will have to cancel the appointment . I replied, the sponsor is in South Korea, and the form has a lot of Personal Information that I can not share to anybody. I told her It's her job to ask and verify, she said no It's not! my job is to schedule patient, and you don't have to come here. I hang up heatedly , I called back and cancel my Daughters appointment. You who don't know what work ethics is, your job is to accommodate the patient it was a very simple thing , You're right we don't have to come to that clinic. THERE ARE MORE CLINIC IN TOWN JUST SO YOU KNOW
