Sharone was amazing...She greeted us when we walked in and was extremely helpful from beginning to the end. She let us look around until my daughter and myself were ready the order 2 pairs of glasses... She has a wonderful personality and I hope she is working when we go back to pick up our glasses. I almost gave this store a 5, but there is marked difference in the staffing from last year. I am a frequent customer of this location, as the optometrist next door accepts TriCare. For the past several years, I've works with Sharone and had great service. This year, I came in a couple times and she wasn't there. I waited to purchase until I noticed her working because she always measures my eyes exactly how they need to be for my progressive lens. I almost went to Walmart to purchase my frames because I thought Sharone had left the company. I understand that businesses have to make changes in this economy, but I think it is unwise to cut experienced staff members.

I ordered glasses for my son and two boxes of contacts for me. I love the text message updates and notifications. The eye glasses were a smooth purchase but the contacts had a hiccup. They quickly fixed it and then another hiccup. They fixed again and another hiccup. I don't think it was vision works employees causing the complications. I believe it was out of their hands. However after this last complication they called and checked and made sure everything was going to be correct. They also accepted the incorrect purchase back with home delivery of the proper ones as well as a bonus pack. I appreciate all the hard work and effort they put into making my purchase accurate. My sons glasses are amazing and he loves them. I'm pretty certain I will get the home delivery of contacts soon. I do appreciate the employees efforts!

It's really hard to give a business a one star rating, but here it goes. My husband and I went in to purchase new glasses on a Thursday and the person who takes the measurements and so on wasn't in on that day. Friday, day two we went back and it turned out the same/only person had to leave due to a family emergency. There was another customer in the store as well, he said he had been trying to get glasses just the same as us. They said to come in Saturday and the person would be there. When we arrived and went to go in the building, the employees were heading out for lunch and would not be back for an hour, this was completely disappointing. No respect for the customers who had already been there two day in a row before.
How can you run a business helping people and not be there or tell them to keep coming back.
We went to Eyart Express and had glasses in 25 minutes and new prescription sunglasses on order. Great service and will never go back to Visionworks. Thank you.
