I visited the store on Ramsey Street, the employee spent about 20 minutes working on the computer. She finally told me she could not find where my insurance was in their network. After I got home, I contacted my insurance company, they said walmart should have accepted it. I'm not sure the employee knew what she was doing.

Exceedingly helpful on the phone, even though they were at lunch. Spoke to me immediately upon arrival. Took care of my repair promptly and without charge, despite my buying the glasses elsewhere originally, fitting me in with the other customers.
The selection seemed decent, no noticeable difference between my rimless and the ones they had. Nice accessories, wished I could've shopped more, but I was running late and I had to be quick. They absolutely got my glasses fixed in time to be on my way.

I was recently at the Ramsey St. location when Terry helped me pick out my frames. Terry knew that I was on a tight budget, but still managed to get me the affordable frames that (she says) complimented my face shape. Her knowledge and quirky sense of humor is always refreshing. The entire staff are always professional and welcoming. Another Great Experience!!!!

Everything seemed great during the visit. I didn't want to buy glasses there so I took my prescription and looked online. The problem is, that I was given an incomplete prescription. When I called back I spoke to someone with Rick Optometry, who is the company who does the exams. They told me that they do hot give out the pulpilary distance for liability purposes. So I just paid for an exam and can't buy glasses.

My family and I, even my in-laws have been coming to this location for a few years now. The staff are so friendly and have even taken the time to get to know us and our preferences. Ms. Tony is always so helpful. If we ever have a problem, she or any of the other staff always try to find a way to help us. We enjoy the fact that they know us so well. Very friendly and very courteous.

Ms. Terri and her two associates in the front area of the Vision Center have been unbelievably kind and professional, helping me work through a difficulty with a changing prescription. After carefully comparing my old and new prescriptions Terri noted a vast difference and urged me to "get back in the doctor's chair" for another examination. I followed her advice and I'm so grateful to her for it. During this confusing, bewildering time, I was diagnosed with diabetes AND discovered cataracts we were watching had significantly increased. ( All of this Is happening during Covid 19!) So, I'll be having surgery to clear up the cataract problem soon. My doctor is now aware of the diabetes and making those allowances. Thank you all for LISTENING when I really didn't know how to explain it. TERRI, YOU ARE THE BEST!!

If there was a negative number I would have given that. I was told it would be 2 weeks to get my glasses. It has been 3 weeks. The website says they open at 830am. The store is closed for vision. I call and was told they won't open till 2pm. I was told they can't even tell me if my glasses are in. I am also told they can't give a refund because the licensed person isn't in. Maybe I am crazy but you doubt need a license to operate a cash register. There is a person standing in the vision center in the dark refusing to acknowledge anybody seeking assistance
