I like that you can walk in and not have to set an appointment if you've already gotten your prescription for glasses. I was able to pick out my 3 pair of eye glasses that were all in stock and went home with all three in less than an hour. Doesn't always work out that way but nice when it does. Nice staff and knowledgeable.

I gave you 1 star because Zero isn't a choice. I had done business with you 3+ years ago and had unfortunately broken my prescription sunglasses, I explained that my occupation requires me to be on roofs which are mostly white. The sun shining on these roofs is blinding. All I wanted was to Pay for new sunglasses and in future would come back for an exam. I'm still wearing one pair of regular glasses I had purchased in past so the prescription was still valid. You have serious issues with customer service and in this area of NC that can be detrimental to your business. I will make every effort going forward to steer potential customers to Atlantic eye or any other eye glass vendor in Wayne county area.

We are new to Goldsboro but always get my glasses at Eyemart Express. Nancy and Randy at this location are incredible to work with. Very professional and super helpful. Been trying to tweak to get my prescription correct and they are more than patient with me. Highly recommend this location. And glasses were supposed to take about 14 days for some type of lenses but both set of glasses came back within 10 days.
And they have cute frames at very reasonable prices. So that's another great thing!
