Mitchell Eye Center is fantastic. I've been a patient for 20+ years. The doctors are top notch, the office & sales floor staff are helpful & knowledgeable. They have an impressive selection of frames. Whether you're looking for a bargain or a designer frame, you'll find what you want there. I've been getting Krewe frames for the last several years based on a staff recommendation, and I've been really happy with the quality. (The best part is they're made in the USA) I highly recommend this locally owned family business.

I've been going to Mitchell eye center for years and I love how warm and friendly the staff are there. Despite only going once a year for a yearly check up, they remember me and make me feel like a VIP. They're available when I need them and I'm able to get an appointment scheduled relatively quickly if something comes up. The front staff are also very knowledgeable about the contacts and helpful when searching for glasses.

The entire staff was kind and timely. Dr. Mitchell is such a nice guy and very thorough. It turned out that I just need reading glasses, but he still took the time to answer all of my questions and explain my exam results. I would recommend so far.

Mitchell Eye Care has the best staff. The parking lot is a challenge but the staff is amazing. Everyone is so nice and professional. The receptionist are friendly and helpful. Kenia did the initial intake and couldn't be kinder. Dr. Wahl is great. He doesn't rush and makes sure he answers any of your questions. I needed a pair of glasses repaired and Melanie was so helpful. She is very knowledgeable and is able to explain warranties and repairs. I love this practice and am thankful for their care.

Dr. Fred Mitchell has been my eye doctor for over 20 years. A very nice , kind, caring man and totally professional in every way. I will see no one but him! Staff great too , especially the check out desk lady, who was very kind and friendly. 5 stars!

Very rude, unprofessional and horrible experience from the contact staff as well as the entire process with additional fees, cost and double billing. Do NOT take your children here unless you want to be separated from them. I have never had such a horrible experience with a vision provider. My 1st time was great, but whatever has changed in the last year has made this place HORRRIBLE. I will not be back! Remember if you go here apparently being able to see "is a luxury." Well I guess the luxury is that in Wayne County there are plenty other providers. The Dr. was amazing, but needs to overhaul his ENTIRE staff.

Dr Sally Wahl, at Mitchell Eye, is always caring, always pleasant. She is at the top of her profession. She takes time to discuss with and educate her patients about their eye health. The staff mirrors Dr Sally's sense of service.. The staff's welcoming "we are here to serve" attitudes creates an environment that makes a trip to the Dr's office a pleasant experience.

I have been going to Mitchell's for over 20 years. They have always been extremely helpful, courteous and professional. Dr. Fred is the best! He takes his time and never seems to be in a rush to get you in and out. Great service and friendly staff.
