I have been coming to Dr Zwerling for.over
30 yrs. The same great office staff knows me when a I walk in each year. It is TERRIBLE to close just a homely office. This is the a BEST eye surgeon in the area. He and his staff are like family. Simone is a good friend. They all do n an oat deserve what is h at opening by closing their office over money!! You all should be ashamed of your priorities of money over patients lives.

Dr Z has been taking care of my eye needs for a LOT of years. His office being closed is a detriment to our community. The corporation that took over his contract should be ashamed of themselves. They are hurting not only the patients but the future patients that would have come from the families of these current patients. And don't forget the employees. They are a great team and to all of a sudden lose their jobs like this is so wrong.
And now we have to search and shuffle to find new providers for the care that we need. This is a travesty.
The closure of this office has ripple effects that the company doesn't see or care about.
Thank you Dr Z for taking such great care of me. I hope and pray that you and your employees will land on your feet after being treated so wrongly.

I went in to look for a pair of glasses and felt I was being rushed because the lady said she had an emergency, she had to get home to a hungry husband and when I called to ask a question, she was out on a emergency and I left messages,no one returned my call,the third time,came in to pick up glasses and told her they were to loose ,she rolled her eyes and said I have another customer and I guess could bend them back a little, never bothered to ask me in the room where she should have taken a measurements. Very unprofessional, I won't be back!

The staff was amazing.
The wait time was good/average
The cleanliness of the facility not so good. The wallpaper was peeling off the wall and there was a nasty stench coming from inside the facility. Smells like body odor and cigarette smoke.
Not sure what's going on there.
I'm not sure that I could recommend the facility, but I can 100%, recommend the staff. Thanks to you all for the excellent treatment
