1st post op was very efficient, quick etc with Dr G.
2nd post op had to wait over an hour to see Dr. Krieger. Staff mentioned it looked like he was double/triple booked that morning. Once see by Dr., only took about 5 minutes or so.

Always a pleasure to have an appointment. When you have to go as often as I do it's like visiting family. Everyone is so professional, friendly and accommodating. Strange to say about a doctor's office but it's a good time for me. Love Dr Shah and all of his staff.

My doctor here, Dr. Shah, is excellent. However, the experience at this location is deplorable. I have never waited less than 90 minutes to see the doctor. The staff is slow and struggles to keep track of where patients are sitting, since there are so many of them waiting. The coup de grace? My last three visits, the help behind the desk was watching videos on their phone. I don't recommend this location, at all. Go elsewhere.
UPDATE MAR '23: I was personally contacted by the office manager, who assured me that changes would be made. That was the case for my last visit. I had a fast, efficient appointment. I appreciate WFBH for valuing my time and concerns!

They have cancelled 3 of my appointments over the past few years, and not properly inform me that they are rescheduling it. Then they never confirm the new date/time with me, so I show up for my original appt after driving an hour from home.
Why can't they call and confirm like every other Dr office?
