I woke up yesterday morning and my eyes were so foggy I had been trying to look for economic places to get some glasses with no luck. I called eye Mart and Emma is who answered the phone with a smiling voice and told me to come in and she would help me find something that worked for me when I got there she was on break but Ms Betty I believe was her name ended up coming over with the biggest smile and upbeat personality and helped me get the glasses I wanted with the budget I could afford and made sure that I was able to get them same day! I wish I could remember the whole store names but let me just say I had a brief pleasant encounter with all of the staff at the w wendover eyemart I love it and I will definitely be back!!

They were slammed, so probably not the best day to try to rate them, but they handled the load skillfully. I was in and out of the store, new glasses in hand, in under an hour total, despite how busy they were. Which was amazing!! My new lenses are perfect, I love the frames, and my out-of-pocket with VSP was delightfully reasonable. The associate that helped me was courteous, professional, and efficient, and she didn't try to upsell me on a bunch of stuff she knew I didn't need, which was a breath of fresh air.

I had an updated prescription. Found some frames here I liked and made the purchase. I learned that they can make most lenses in store while you wait. I thought, that could be handy if you broke something and needed it replaced quickly. Mine had to be ordered from outside the store because of the anti-glare that I wanted. They said it could take up to 2 weeks, but they came back a couple days early.
From frame shopping, to purchasing, and then picking up my new glasses, the people here were very polite and helpful. I would definitely shop here again.

Michelle and Lisa both helped us maximize our VSP benefits, made sure our glasses fit well, and were kind and funny during the process. I love this place! The Customer Service was A1, I was courteously directed to the Exam Office next door, got my prescription and when I came back she was waiting for me with a huge smile. I felt very welcomed and was given a great price for two pair of glasses, never in my life have I ever paid that low amount! I was given a time estimate of 30min-1hr... MY GLASSES WERE READY IN 11 MINUTES!!! I was so shocked. I walked out, just to turn around again haha. The Glasses were perfect and the adjustment was so comfortable. Big shout out to Emma, as well as the front desk associates for being so kind to me. When my card didn't tap, they took their time to help me work out my card situation and encouraged me to keep trying. Thank you guys for bring me a smile as well as GREAT CUSTOMER SERVICE! Haven't seen or had it in a while. THANK YOU EYEMART EXPRESS!!! I was able to see in just minutes, I had no idea it got this Great. Keep Emma! Shes the best worker, and truly loves what she does.

My son lost his glasses and I needed a place that could give me a quick return. I will say that I was a little hesitant because I have always known Eymart Express to be a bit pricey. I went in and they were doing a promotion for single vision plastic lenses which is good enough to get my son by! Michelle helped me pick out some frames and put them aside to come back with my son. When we came back the frames I grabbed didn't work and we had to grab different ones. Michelle was very nice and handled the change with ease! It took an hour wait for them to be completed. I would absolutely use them again.
