Upon arrival the receptionists were very patient with clients. The young lady who took my eye exam was very good and professional. When Dr Fox came in he was very pleasant and took interest in my visit, not only that but he explained things on the screen right then and there (that has never happened before). He also was very thorough and did not rush the appointment. And I cannot forget the checkout staff. ODD HOW ALL BAD REVIEWS ARE ABOUT FRONT END STAFF. 43 reviews about them in fact! And no one is holding them accountable. Kim is very pleased that no can hold her accountable. She smirked at every suggestion for a contact to speak to someone higher than her and she said there was no one. I had to ask a million specific questions before I got fed up and asked" who do I speak to that holds you accountable?" Then she said her manager to which she said has no direct number, no email, and no dates to tell me. I called about my contacts and what I was seeing and Kim would cut me off before I could finish asking every question thinking she already knew the answer not realizing I'm having issues with both eyes. It made me so anxious I forgot to mention my other eye. She's awful and other ppl are talking about it in these reviews. It was clear to me in her tone as the call progressed that my questions about the order was annoying her. So she cut me off and put me on hold mid sentence. She didn't even do it nicely. I knew when I finally was able to get through again she was gonna lie and say no one was at front during the call, but I was in the parking lot already during the first call speaking to her! When I came in to confront her, her tone was so different. She lied through her teeth on everything. She lied about her tone, lied about why she put me on hold, told me she didn't have a told but supported her actions when I was expressing TJ her that this behavior wasn't okay just because you're tired of ppl calling she cut me off again saying" this is why I put you on hold, you just go on and on." So she did in fact, maliciously put me on hold. She said she told me my prescription numbers to confirm. She did not! I read to her every number she asked for on the boxes. Never once did she say any of the things she claimed in front of everyone when I confronted her with valid questions. I debunked everything she was claiming in front of everyone and no one believed me because it was her word against mine!

I usually have a very good experience. The doctor is always kind and courteous and the front desk staff is friendly also. On my last visit, after arriving early for my appointment and waiting 40 minutes after my appointment time, I asked to be rescheduled. There was no acknowledgement of the long wait time nor an apology from the front desk staff. I'm scheduled to return. Hopefully it will be a better experience.

My experience was not very good. My doctor made a referral but did not explain or communicate that information directly with me. Also, for some reason my visit was filed as a medical and not vision. This was questioned but did not receive a reasonable explanation. The office was not very forthcoming or transparent. As a result, I will not be using their service again or recommending others.

Very professional and friendly staff. Only had to wait about 15 mins which was very understandable while the staff accessed my chart and insurance. Other patients were being seen with very little wait times as well. Dr.Jones was very kind and knowledgeable and took the extra time to answer my many questions. Definitely a great experience.

My experience with this location (Friendly Center) was amazing from the reception to the doctor (Dr. Smith)! I went in for an eye exam and came out with so much more information that Dr. Smith shared with me about Type 2 diabetes and was so appreciative of getting!! It really made me wonder why my primary care physician hadn't given me this information instead of my eye doctor. When you can go to a facility and they make you feel like family and they actually show they care well that's the kind of facilitates we need more of!! Thank You Fox Eyecare for everything!!!!!

Very bad experience with the office personnel. First, I received a call for to advise me of a scheduled appointment The office had no record of an appointment. I was advised to come in for a walking 10-2. I arrive at 10 and they said we have all of the walking appointments so come back at 2:40. I return only to be told I have an outstanding balance from 2019, that has to be paid to be seen. I've been a customer at this office and don't have a balance. It took 6 phone calls and a long wait to clear up the fake balance. I don't recommend anyone consider this establishment. Not ti mention they continously send me mailings and emails to continue patronage. The office personnel Lindsey and Kim were not helpful. If you want to stay peaceful don't think about going there.

"Wolves in sheep's clothing" Don't be deceived by all of the "positive" reviews. Take a look at those low rated reviews and see how similar they are. It's true, the front desk employees are less than friendly. I will never understand why someone would work in a position where you are the first point of contact and have such a bad attitude. Even more, why a business would allow such behavior. I scheduled my daughters and Husbands appointment online months ago and specifically remember putting in all of our insurance information. While this wasn't my daughter's first visit at this location, it was my husband's so I sort of understood why the front desk clerk asked him for a copy of our insurance card. Even after sharing with her (cherry wine/ burgundy colored hair lady), that it was under the same insurance as our daughters, she insisted that she needed a copy. So while I was not there in person with my Husband, I worked behind the scenes trying to get him a copy. My husband waited in the lobby filling out paperwork and said when he went up to ask a question about something else in his paperwork, and instead of responding with a simple "Yes" to his question, she looked him in his eyes and slowly shook her head up and down as a response instead. That's so rude it's actually laughable! He also said he witnessed her rolling her eyes another time during an interaction. After all of this..they finally called him back and when he told the lady in the back who started his exam that he was still waiting for me to send a copy of our insurance card she replied very promptly that it wasn't necessary as she could see the info in her system... They just lost the business of a family of 5 and won't be gaining anymore business from any of our family and friends if we can help it. Common decency and courtesy go a very long way.
