Fox Eye Care

I made an appointment for my husband to go here for his eye exam appointment. They were not in network with my insurance. I do express that at the end of the day it is initially my responsibility to see if the provider is in network. I also feel like the check-in person should just ask the patient are you aware that we're not in network with your insurance plan. Like my husband someone that came in that does'nt normally deal with insurance. He is normally a self-pay patient. I just felt this visit could have been handles much better than it was and uneccessary money was spent that did not have to be. If he had been made aware they we're out of network he would have went to a provider that was in network and paid absolutley $0.

Very quick and personable experience. Grateful for quick turnaround, appointment lasted 17 minutes from the time I walked in the door until the time I was checked out and going to look at glasses! Definitely recommend!

I'm so thankful we found this practice. We have Medicaid and would have had to wait until January at the other place we were referred to. My son desperately needed to be seen and they were able to get us in quickly. Everyone was so friendly and helpful! We will be staying with them. 10/10

My experience was good. I just wish that they were more observant of scheduling their appointment times. It seems as if they schedule appointments back to back instead of at least 30 minutes apart. Dr. Smith is awesome, cool and knowledgeable.

The entire staff was very professional and customer friendly from the time I walked till the end when I left..Dr. Glosson is one of the best doctors in his field and he always got a smile and an encouraging word when your spirits are low. I thank God for the 20 plus years I've been able to get the eye care Iv been able to get here. Five stars all day everyday for the Fox Eyecare Group!!!

Front desk staff was very nice. The doctor was extremely friendly and the appointment was fast. Not a long wait at all. We had some laughs and got my daughter's eyes checked quickly. Overall great experience.

My husband ( Michael) had a 12 pm appointment which was confirmed with you multiple times when you sent messages. He arrived on time and as of 2pm!!!! Was not seen! We will NEVER book with you again!
