The wait time is a little long; but it's always worth it! This time my little needed glasses and they all smiled and helped her with her glasses. The people doing the exams were so calm and gentle with her! Always thankful for this amazing group

My experience here was great. The receptionists up front were kind and professional. The technicians were awesome. They work so well with the kiddos. The physician took their time in explaining things and we did not feel rushed in and out. I would highly recommend this office.

Had a real bad eye exam. Will not go into the details other than the provider called to apologize. Talked to who I thought was the office manager about a year ago and she did the right thing witch was the right thing. She is no longer there. Today the replacement office manager refused to honer the agreement. I was not aware of this bill until four days ago. It was an insurance claim that was rejected very small amount. I was told the office manager said I had to take up my issue with customer relations. They provided a service and my response was a service that I can not use. If they offered me a full refund x100 it still would not cover my expenses after this visit.

I love them at Oakcrest! The e staff is friendly, patient and very welcoming when you arrive for your appointment every time. Yes there are times when the wait time may be long but thats only when coming for a consult and they tell you to prepare for that wait time before coming to your appointment. I have been coming here for over a year and my kids and I wouldn't change our eye doctors we have always been able to get a quick response and worked in when dealing with urgent issues.

After being with them a few years, were going elsewhere. Today my son had a followup check up (his exam was in March). I was not told they would be dilating his eyes. Our appt was at 8:45 and we had another appt at 10. If figured it would be fine. Was told to get there at 8:30. We got there at 8:30 and were not brought back to an exam room until 9:30. I told them I have to leave at 9:50 to get to the 10:00 am appointment and they said they would not even be ready for him by then because they were going to have to dilate his eyes, so we left. I waited in the waiting room for AN HOUR with two young rambunctious kids and they had not even dilated his eyes yet so it was going to be another 30 minutes to dilate his eyes and then we would have the appointment. Last time we went it was almost 2 hours that we were there. I should have known better. I wasted over an hour of my time just to have to walk out of that appointment. I made appointments elsewhere. I wont be going back. The staff is nice and Dr Nadia is so sweet but they overbook appointments and under deliver.

We had a great experience here on April 11. I brought my son for a consult to rule out any eye issues. All the staff (check in, rooming, check out, Dr. Dangda) were wonderful, kind, and patient. It was the busiest I've ever seen a doctors office and still we were served with efficiency and kindness. Keep it up!

Oakcrest reached out to me on Wednesday 7/30 asking if I can bring my daughter to a referral appointment on the next day Thursday 7/31. Arrived at the appointment only for her to tell me we are not on the schedule for today however my atrium app shows my appointment for 7/31 @ 845am. Needless to say they fit us in (even though we already had an appointment) however just like everyone else comment the wait time is ridiculous! Sitting in an office for over an hour is ridiculous especially when work or other appointments are involved... Everyone else getting called in as if we didnt have an appointment. The doctor was great

The service is absolutely phenomenal. Kelly Morgan and Chassidy are absolutely amazing they really do there best to help ! 10/10
